Description
(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING PRODUCTS FROM POWDER GLASS brand C 52-1 With a particle size of 0.49 - up to 0.54 mm. It was obtained by crushing using grinding media from a stack of the same brand as the glass that was crushed. Then the glass powder was sifted through a sieve and a fraction was collected from a sieve with 144 holes / cm 2, passing through a sieve with holes on cm, equal to 121, then the glass was cleaned with distilled water, vykushyval and treated with a solution of CoCPj (20% by weight) for 20-30 minutes. The glass powder wetted with the solution was dried in a drying chamber at 100–110 ° C for 2–3 h. The glass powder thus treated was poured into a graphite form and sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature that exceeds the glass softening temperature. After completion of the sintering process, the temperature was lowered and the finished product was removed from the cooled mold. EXAMPLE 2. Metal-glass multi-pin feet were manufactured with asymmetrically located /; glass rod and ba: Ndazhom Glass powder with a particle size from 0.5 to 6, 5 was treated with Co (N03) 2 solution (25 wt.%) For 20–30 min., Then dried at lOO – llO C for 2–3 h. Treated glass powder was poured into a phyto mold with a glass pillar, metal inlets and a bandage preloaded in it .
