Известен способ гибки обечаек на трехвалковых симметричных машинах, заключающийс  в пропускании заготовок через валкн 1.The known method of bending the shells on three-roll symmetric machines, consisting in passing the blanks through the roll 1.

Однако при этом способе на концах листов остаютс  пр мые участки, которые после гибки отрезаютс . Это создает дополнительный расход металла.However, with this method, straight sections remain at the ends of the sheets, which are cut off after bending. This creates additional metal consumption.

Целью изобретени   вл етс  экономи  металла путем обеспечени  гибки без припусков на пр мые участки.The aim of the invention is to save metal by providing bending without allowances for straight sections.

С этой целью вначале изгибают середину листа, затем лист разрезают пополам, сваривают пр мые концы и снова пропускают через валки.To this end, first bend the middle of the sheet, then cut the sheet in half, weld the straight ends and pass it through the rolls again.

Гибка листа 1 начинаетс  с его середины путем пропускани  через валки 2, после чего его разрезают пополам. Разрезанные части 3 и 4 сваривают между собой таким образом, что загнутые участки остаютс  с внешних сторон. Исаользование данного способа гибки обечаек обеспечивает по сравнению с существующими следующие преимущества: а) возможность гибки обечаек без изготовлени  и применени  подкладных листов; б) возможность гибки обечаек без припусков на об- резку мертвого пространства в виде пр мых участков на концах загнутых обечаек, следовательно экономию металла.The use of this method of bending the shells provides the following advantages over the existing ones: a) the possibility of bending the shells without producing and using backing sheets; b) the possibility of bending the shells without allowances for trimming the dead space in the form of straight sections at the ends of the bent shells, hence the saving of metal.
