Description
In the preparation of the spinning solutions, the basic sulfate salt is currently used as the starting compound of copper. Subsequently, caustic soda is also used in the preparation of the copper ammonium solution to convert copper sulfate to hydroxide, BUT alkali is taken in an amount of 24% equivalent, and 4.6% of copper remains as a complex salt that does not form a copper ammonium cellulose compound. In addition, the solutions prepared by this method have poor spinning properties, which strongly affects the grade of the fiber produced.
Согласно изобретению, дл получени медноаммиачных растворов целлюлозы с применением едкого натра в количестве, превышающем 2 мол на 1 моль медного купороса, предлагаетс брать дл процесса основную соль меди примерного состава 2CuS04 5Си(ОН)2.According to the invention, in order to obtain copper-ammonium cellulose solutions using caustic soda in excess of 2 mol per 1 mole of copper sulphate, it is proposed to take the basic copper salt of the approximate composition 2CuS04 with 5Cu (OH) 2 for the process.
The use of 10-15i% alkali excess in excess of the required for carrying out the process according to the equation
Кроме того , в растворе в общей сложности накопл етс меньше сернокислого натри , и процесс растворени целлюлозы облегчаетс .Cu (NHs) SO, -f NaOH-CuCNHj), (OH), - j-2Na, SO4 shifts the equilibrium to the right, and all copper is converted to the active copper-ammonium base required for the dissolution of cellulose. In addition, less sodium sulphate accumulates in the solution in total, and the process of dissolving the pulp is facilitated.
More complete use of copper allows reducing the total amount of the latter in the solution to 0.25-0.29 kg per 1 kg of cellulose instead of 0.43 kg, which are usually used.
Subject invention
A method of preparing a copper ammonium cellulose solution using caustic soda in excess of 2 mol per 1 mole of copper sulphate, characterized in that, in order to improve the process of dissolving cellulose and reducing copper consumption, this excess amount of caustic soda is used to obtain a copper ammonium cellulose solution in advance cooked basic copper salt.
