Известен способ выплавки стали в конвертере , включающий введение в конвертер железисто-известкового расплава непрерывно по ходу продувки.There is a method of steelmaking in the converter, including the introduction into the converter glandular lime melt continuously during the purge.

Недостатком такого способа  вл етс  раст нутый процесс шлакообразовани , что отрицательно сказываетс  на рафинировании металла .The disadvantage of this method is the extended slagging process, which adversely affects the refining of the metal.

В конвертер загружают скрап, заливают чугун и затем необходимое количество дл  рафинировани  металла железисто-известкового расплава, содержап,его, например, 50% окислов железа и оста.льное- окись кальци . После этого в конвертер заливают чугун и начинают продувку металла. Наличие в конвертерной ванне железисто-известкового расплава с самого начала продувки позвол ет сразу же интенсивно вести процессы десульфурации и дефосфорации металла, в результате чего достигаетс  глубокое обессеривание и обесфосфоривалие стали. Вместе с тем продувку металла можно вести с высокой интенсивностью с начала подачи дуть , в результате чего сокращаетс  продолжительность плавки.Scrap is loaded into the converter, cast iron is poured, and then the required amount for refining the iron-lime melt metal containing, for example, 50% iron oxides and residual calcium oxide. Целесообразно заливать чугун с температурой 1200-1500°С.
