осуществл ют формование подпротекторпой части покрышки С заданной в смеси исходной ориентацией волокон (см. фиг. 1) в окружном направлении, а затем при дальнейшем движении поршней навстречу друг другу под вли нием сжимаюш,их усилий смесь 13 заполн ет полость формы между полуформами 1 и 2 и дорном 4 (см. фиг. 2). При этом происходит переориентаци волокон, и сформованные боковины покрышки будут иметь ориентацию волокон в радиальном направлении, т. е. отличную от ориентации последних в подпротекторной части.
Стабилизаци направлепи перемещени смеси обеспечиваетс пазами 5 дорна 4.
После формовани боковин в нлечевой части покрышки смесь имеет в основном беспор дочную ориентацию, что обеспечивает хорошую переходную область.
При изготовлении покрышек таким образом можно обойтись без бортовых колец, это достигаетс снабжением формы вращающимис вокруг центральной оси формы кольцевыми элементами 14 и 15 (см. фиг. 3), расположенными по месту основани бортов покрышки. После переориентации волокон в боковине кольцевые элементы 14 и 15 привод т во вращение . Они увлекают смесь бортовых частей покрышки и осуществл ют при этом ориентацию волокон в окружном направлепии.
Предлагаемый способ может быть осуществлен следующим образом.
Литьевые камеры 6 и 7 выполн ют в полуформах 1 и 2 по месту расположепи бортов нокрышек (см. фиг. 4). В этом случае также после установки в форме протектора 10 и бортовых колец И и 12 камеры 6 и 7 заполн ют эластичной смесью 13 с усиливающими волокнами , ориентированными в окружном направлении , и движением кольцевых поршней 8 и 9 к экваториальной плоскости формы сначала формуют бортовые части покрышки. Затем при дальнейшем движении поршней навстречу друг другу смесь 13 заполн ет полость формы между полуформами 1 и 2, цептральной формующей частью 3 и дорном 4. Выполненные на дорне пазы 5 облегчают перетекание смеси.
При этом сначала формуютс боковины покрыщки с переориентацией усиливающих волокон , которые теперь ориентированы в радиальном направлении, а затем формуетс Подпротекторна часть покрышки, в которой волокна вновь станов тс ориентированными в окружном направлении.
Дл достижени лучшей ориентации в подпротекторной части покрышки дорн 4 выполн ют с кольцевой в-ращающейс секцией 16, расположенной по периферии дорна и снабженной пазами 17 дл лучшей ориентации
волокна.
Изготовление транспортерной ленты. Полуготовую смесь 18 с заданной исходной ориентацией усиливающих волокон ввод т в форму 19 (см. фиг. 6), причем крайние порции смеси наход тс в боковых камерах 20, снабженных поршн ми 21. Затем движением поршней 21 навстречу друг другу смесь сжимаетс и перемещаетс в полость 22 формы 19 с переориентацией при этом усиливающих волокон.
При необходимости осуществл етс вулканизаци изделий в той же форме, в которой они были изготовлены.

Claims (4)
1.Способ изготовлени полимерных изделий из эластичных смесей с усиливающими волокнами путем формовани литьем в форме
отдельных частей издели с требуемой ориентацией волокон, отличающийс тем, что, с целью упрощени процесса изготовлени изделий , сначала формуют часть издели с заданной в смеси исходной ориентацией усиливающих волокон, а затем формуют части издели с иной ориентацией волокон, подверга смесь переориентации путем принудительного перемещени ее в этих част х издели в направлении , отличном от исходной ориентации
волокон.
2.Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что перемещение смеси в отдельной части издели осуществл ют путем воздействи на нее раст гивающих усилий.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что перемещение смеси в отдельной части издели осуществл ют путем воздействи на нее сжимающих усилий.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем,
что перемещение смеси осуществл ют путем относительного движени элементов формы.
