Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely to the composition of the masses for the production of facade tiles.
The composition of ceramic material for the manufacture of facing tiles, including refractory clay, wollastonite is known. cullet and flotation ore wastes containing rare metals based on feldspar.
The disadvantage is the relatively low mechanical strength and high water absorption.
15-30.The closest to the present invention is the composition of the ceramic mass for the manufacture of facing and facade tiles, containing, in wt.%: Clayey gravity waste from the enrichment of zirconylmenite ore 15–20, slab cuts 10–15 and ash of the light fraction 15–30.
The disadvantage of the known mass is low mechanical strength and high water absorption.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the mechanical strength and reduce water absorption.
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что керамическа масса дл изготовлени фасадных плиток, включающа глинистое сырье и плиточный бой содержит щелочесодержащие отходы руд редких металлов на основе SiOa и стеклобой при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:This goal is achieved by the fact that the ceramic mass for the manufacture of facade tiles, including clay raw materials and tile combat, contains alkaline waste of rare metals based on SiOa and broken glass in the following ratio, wt.%:
