Предлагаемый способ более совершенен по сравнению с известными подобными способами, так как он позвол ет ускорить процесс гидролиза . Дл  осуществлени  предлагаемого способа 10 вес. ч. измельчст1ного полинака помещают в круглодонную колбу с мещалкой и обратным холодильником. Туда же добавл ют раствор щелочи, воду (4 вес. ч. NaOH и 260 вес. ч. воды) и нерекись водорода в таком количестве, чтобы концентраци  ее в реакционной смеси составл ла от 1,5 до 3%. Смесь кип т т в течение 1-3 час., охлаждают и раствор нримен ют в качестве флокул нта.
