Description

Training of a ship's personnel, for example, a submarine, is carried out in an environment that does not correspond to the condition of the boat during its accident, for example, if there are holes in its hull.

The proposed training device is intended for practicing the sealing of holes in the hull of the vessel under actual conditions of water flow through the holes. The training device is made in the form of a model of the hull (part of it) of a vessel with holes; a cone is attached to the wall of the model for supplying water to the inside of the model through the hole.

FIG. I schematically depicts a training device using several cones for water supply; in fig. 2 is a diagram of the wall of a ship hull model with holes; in fig. 3 is a diagram of a single cone for water supply, view in longitudinal axial section.

On the racks 1 installed part of the wall 2 layout of the hull; wall 2 is made (simulated) with various damages, for example, in the form of smooth holes 3, torn holes 4, holes 5 from rivets jumping out of them, etc. Each of these holes (or a group of holes) is covered with a cone attached to wall 2 6. A sleeve 7 is welded to the top of the cone with a smaller base, with a tee 8 screwed onto it, to which fire hoses are attached. The transition sleeves 9 are fixed with stoppers 10. In the non-working position, the transition sleeves 9 are plugged with caps 1. During the training, by plugging holes into the cone 6 (Fig. 3), water is supplied, and as the hole is plugged, the water pressure in the cone gradually increases so that it becomes difficult em termination. To eliminate this phenomenon and the possibility of regulating the pressure of water in the cone, a fitting 12 for a monometer is attached to its body, and a sleeve 13 for a release valve 13 is attached to the sleeve 7. The practice of sealing holes can be complicated not only by gradual transition from holes (from rivets) to a hole with torn edges, but also, access to the hole is difficult, hanging electrical cables, pipelines, etc. on the device. It is possible to train several people.

Subject invention

A training device for practicing the sealing of holes in the hull of the vessel, characterized in that a cone is connected to the wall of the ship hull model with holes to supply water to the inside of the model through the hole.
