Abstract
The method of resection of the stomach, including the imposition of a gastrointestinal anastomosis with the use of crimped stitches, their seams, characterized in that, in order to prevent evacuation of postgastroresection syndromes, a suture is made from non-absorbable material subserously around the stomach stomach stitches with a syringe headband of a bowel bone and a high back bone of a non-absorbable material subserously around the stomach stomach stump with a bowel bone and a high back section of the stomach bone. with fixation of the lumen of the anastomosis in the optimal diameter, then peritoneum stitches separate transverse seam.mi.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and can be used for the prevention of a number of post-resection syndromes: depping syndrome, reflux gastritis, anastomotic.
The purpose of the invention is the prevention of evacuation post-gastro-resection syndromes.
The method is carried out as follows.
After applying an anastomosis (in both versions of Billroth) 15–25 mm above the junction, a permanent subserous bandage is created on the gastric stump, for which a strong antiseptic, for example, silk or nylon thread is carried out with a type of a suture and sealed with a blind knot until tight tighten its stomach wall.
е. наружные стежки кисетного шва), ее погружают в складки стенки желудка поперечными узловыми швами (нить перитонизируют).In places where the thread is located on top of the serosa of the stomach (i.e., external stitches of the purse-string suture), it is immersed in the folds of the stomach wall with transverse nodal stitches (the thread is peritoneal).
Зафиксированна на культе желудка прочна антисептическа нить представл ет собой своеобразный бандаж, который посто нно сохран ет свою функцию - он не допускает увеличени диаметра анастомоза, вл етс прочным механическим барьером на пути пищевого комка, существенно снижа таким образом механическое воздействие этих масс на более тонкую дозированную желудочно-кишечную структуру (анастомоз).The strong antiseptic thread fixed on the gastric stump is a kind of bandage that constantly retains its function - it does not allow an increase in the diameter of the anastomosis, is a strong mechanical barrier in the path of the food bolus, thus significantly reducing the mechanical effect of these masses on the thinner dosage. gastrointestinal structure (anastomosis).
Sick M., 57 years old, was admitted to the clinic of surgical diseases of the Poltava Medical Institute with a diagnosis of pulmonary and pyloric disease of the stomach with frequent pulmonary hemorrhages. Preoperative preparation is common. Surgery: resection of 2/3 of the stomach, see Meingot (ladder). The anastomosis was formed using a specially designed dosing device. The diameter of the anastomosis of 1.9 cm (normokinesis). The bandage was formed by nylon thread No. 4. The nylon thread was immersed in the stomach wall by nylon interrupted sutures (thread No. 2) in the transverse direction relative to the band line. The postoperative period is smooth. On the third day, satisfactory peristalsis of the stomach stump was noted, there were no signs of anastomositis. On the fourteenth day after surgery was discharged. On the day of discharge, you feel good. Radiographically: contrast in the stomach for 55 min. The patient was examined one year and one and a half years after the operation, while being examined radiographically and endoscopically. The diameter of the anastomosis is as specified - 1.9 cm. The contrast in the gastric stump lasts for 50-55 minutes. The proportionality of food ingress into the discharge loop is traced. There are no signs of gastritis reflux and other post-resection complications. Works in the specialty.
