The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and can be used in the production of pulp for chemical processing. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process while maintaining the quality of the target product. The proposed method is carried out as follows. The prehydrolyzate with a temperature of 165-170 ° C from the previous prehydrolysis is fed to the boiler with fresh chips, water is added to the hydromodule 1: 4 and the prehydrolysis is carried out at 165-150 ° C. Then, the spent hydrolyzate is removed and sent to the next prehydrolysis, cooking liquor is poured into the boiler and sulphate cooking is carried out. As studies have shown, the frequency of use of the prehydrolyzate is preferably up to 8. Example 1. Pine wood is used for laboratory cooking. The conditions of prehydrolysis are the following: temperature rise from 70 to 170 ° С for 120 minutes, standing at 170 ° С - 40-60 minutes, hydronic module 1: 4. For hydrolysis, a mixture of hydrolyzate from the previous hydrolysis and fresh water is used. Sulfate cooking after prehydrolysis is carried out according to the following mode: impregnation at 135 ° C - 30 minutes, the duration of temperature rise to 172 ° C - 60 minutes, stand at 172 ° C - 90 minutes. The use of the hydrolyzate is carried out repeatedly until a constant composition of the hydrolyzate is reached in terms of pH and PB content (reducing substances in the hydrolyzate). The effect of the concentration of organic acids contained in the hydro-table 1 of lysate on the properties of cellulose is presented in Table. 1. Data table. 1 show that the use of organic acids for the hydrolysis makes it possible to shorten the duration of hydrolysis at high quality indicators of cellulose, and the optimal concentration of organic acids is in the range of 0.8-1.5%. The introduction of organic acids with a concentration of more than 1.5% is impractical, since no improvement in the properties of the pulp is observed. Example 2. The results of semi-industrial and industrial experiments under the conditions of the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill are presented. The experiments were carried out both according to the known mode of obtaining viscose pulp at the Baikal pulp and paper mill, and with repeated use of the hydrolyzate. In the experimental workshop in boilers with a capacity of 10 m, 34 boils are carried out, of which 8 are boiled with water hydrolysis by a known method. The maximum utilization rate of the hydrolyzate reaches 14. At the same time, the heating of the boiler from 70 to 170 ° C is reduced by 43 minutes, and the duration of hydrolysis at 170 ° - by 25 minutes, i.e. the turnover of the digester decreases by 13.5%. In tab. 2 shows the quality indicators of unbleached pulp obtained under pilot conditions with repeated use of the hydrolyzate. Presented in table. 2, the data of semi-industrial experiments confirm laboratory studies, the quality indicators of unbleached pulp according to the proposed method are at the level of their requirements.
