The invention relates to a method for producing sulphate pulp suitable for chemical processing, in particular for the production of staple fibers.
Na2O от веса сырь .A method of producing sulphate cellulose is known by preliminarily hydrolysis of the initial cellulose-containing raw material at 170-172 ° C, followed by treatment with a sulphate cooking solution at 168-170 ° C and an active alkali consumption of 18% per unit. Na2O by weight of raw materials.
As a result of the application of such a technological mode, the resulting cellulose cannot be used for processing into T1 staple fiber, most of all due to its low reactivity. At the same time, the turnover of digesters is large, which increases the cost price of pulp.
Na2O.To obtain cellulose suitable for processing into staple fiber, a method has been proposed, namely, that preliminary hydrolysis is carried out at 158 ° -165 ° C, and treatment with sulphate cooking solution at 172-180 ° C and consumption of active alkali 20-21% in units of Na2O.
Moreover, the preliminary hydrolysis of lead for 80-40 minutes, and sulphate cooking 90-15 minutes
The proposed method consists in the fact that chips before sulphate boil is subjected to preliminary prehydrolysis at 158-165 ° C for 80-40 minutes. After
Затем целлюлоза промываетс и поступает на сортирование и отбелку обычнымиhydrolysis is carried out by sulphate cooking at 172-180 ° C, with a duration of 90-15%, with a consumption of active alkali of 20-21%. The pulp is then washed and sorted and bleached by conventional

Harsh sulphate pulping conditions provide deep penetration of cellulose, reduce its viscosity and increase its reactivity.

The qualitative characteristics of cellulose obtained by different methods are given in the table. The lower the value of K, the higher the reactivity of cellulose. The data in the table show that the cellulose obtained by the proposed method, “even at low viscosity and hardness, has a yield about the same as when producing cord pulp in a known manner, which is explained by the mild conditions of prehydrolysis. This makes the proposed method quite economical, and a shorter duration of prehydrolysis leads to a reduction in the turnover of cooking boilers, and, thereby, increases the productivity of the entire plant. In addition, the reactivity of the obtained cellulose is much higher (/ (80-120) compared with cord cellulose (/ C 450-800). It should be noted that unbleached pulp with high reactivity obtained by the proposed method after bleaching it according to the existing schemes (without the use of cold refining) provides an even higher reactivity of bleached pulp, which in turn has a favorable effect on the processing of the latter into a staple fiber. The proposed method for producing sulphate cellulose for staple fiber, for example, at the Bratsk LPC (only on one process stream) should give an annual economic effect of 1.5 million rubles. Subject of the invention 1. The method of obtaining sulphate pulp by preliminary hydrolysis of the original cellulose containing raw material at elevated temperature and subsequent treatment with sulphate cooking liquor containing active alkali, at elevated temperature, characterized in that, in order to obtain the desired product Suitable for processing into staple fiber, As a preliminary hydrolysis is carried out at 158-165 ° C, and the sulphate process the cooking liquor - at 172-180 ° C and the active alkali consumption of 20-21% in NaaO units. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the preliminary hydrolysis is carried out for 80-40 minutes, and the sulphate solution is 90-15-15 minutes.
