Cellulose-containing raw materials (wood chips) are subjected to sulphite cooking in a cooking appliance. Then, the spent liquor is collected and hot refining is carried out in the same apparatus with sodium hydroxide in the presence of sodium carbonate at a ratio of 7: 1 to 1: 7, respectively. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to a technology for the production of pulp for chemical processing used in the manufacture of artificial fibers, and is intended for use in sulphite plants of the pulp and paper industry.
Целью изобретени вл етс снижение содержани смолы в целлюлозе при одновременном повышении ее в зкости и увеличении содержани сухих веществ в отработанном растворе от гор чего облагораживани „The aim of the invention is to reduce the resin content in cellulose while simultaneously increasing its viscosity and increasing the solids content in the spent solution from hot refining.
Затем полученную целлюлоз} выгружают и промывают .According to the proposed method, the initial cell-containing sphe - softwood chips are subjected to sulphite cooking in a cooking apparatus at a temperature of 140-150 ° C, then the spent sulphite liquor is removed and the hot cooking energy of the cooking product E is extracted with the same apparatus at a temperature of 130-140 ° C with sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate at a ratio from 7: 1 to 1: 7. Said reagents may be supplied either to the TIDM mixture or sequentially; downloaded sodium carbonate and then sodium hcdroxnd. Then the resulting cellulose} unload and washed.
Example. Spruce wood chips are loaded into an autoclave, pour sulfite acid composition,%:

Then they raise the temperature to within 2 hours, soak the chips at this temperature for 2 hours, raise the temperature to 145 ° C
The autoclave is kept at this temperature for 2 hours for 2 hours. After that, the vapor-gas mixture is blown off for 15 minutes, sulphite liquor is collected and a mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate solutions is pumped at a ratio between 7: 1 and 1: 7 with a total mixture consumption of 10–15% in units of NaOH from, a mass of absolutely dry fiber.
Hot refinement is carried out as follows.
Затем массу выгружают с отделением отработанного раствора и полученную целлюлозу промывают .The temperature was raised to 10 minutes, the vessel was held at this temperature for 10 minutes and then the temperature was raised to 1 hour and the contents of the autoclave were kept at this temperature for 15 minutes. Then the mass is discharged with the separation of the spent solution and the resulting pulp is washed.
The values of the various specific ratios of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate during hot refining, as well as indicators of the obtained cellulose and the spent solution from hot refining are shown in the table,
For comparison, cellulose is obtained by the prototype method under similar conditions by the above method of cooking and refining, but with

Показатели целлюлозы также представлены в таблице.using sodium hydroxide alone in the refining stage. Indicators of cellulose are also presented in the table.
Как видно из таблицы, предлагаемый способ позвол ет снизить содержание смолы, повысить в зкость целлюлозы и содержание сухого остатка в отработанном растворе от гор чего облагораживани „As can be seen from the table, the proposed method makes it possible to reduce the resin content, increase the viscosity of the pulp and the dry residue content in the spent solution from hot refining.
Improved “pulp indicators, in turn, facilitate the subsequent bleaching of cellulose and contribute to improving the quality of various chemical fibers processed from it.
