Description
The invention relates to the production of semi-finished products intended for the production of various types of paper and paperboard, and may find application in the pulp and paper industry. A known method for the production of cellulose using as a delignifying agent molecular oxygen in an aqueous solution of ammonia 1. This method allows to significantly increase the yield of semi-finished products from wood, reduce the toxicity of wastewater and gas emissions, and comprehensively use soluble organic matter of wood. However, the known method allows the processing of plant raw materials at high values of hydromodule 40 and more. This is due to the strong destruction of carbohydrates, the intensity of which increases significantly with a decrease in the hydronic module cooking, which impairs the quality indicators of cellulose. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality indicators of the purpose of 77uelose by improving the selectivity of delignification and reducing the hydromodule cooking. The goal of achieving the goal is that before cooking the wood chips are pretreated with an aqueous solution of ammonia at 50-110 ° C for 0.1-2 hours, and cooking is carried out at a pH of 7.5-9.5. Experiments show that aqueous solution of ammonia in comparison with other alkaline reagents, for example, soda can inhibit the destruction of cellulose. Therefore, pretreatment of wood chips with an aqueous solution of ammonia reduces the degree of oxidative degradation of cellulose. Subsequent cooking at a pH of 7.5-9.5 is the optimum conditions for the delignification process with oxygen-containing gas in an aqueous solution of ammonia. In tab, l. 1 shows the effects of alkaline reagent on the destruction of cellulose. Comparison of results shows: t advantages of the intended method. The average degree of polymerization (SP) of cellulose obtained by the proposed method is 100-200 units higher than that of cellulose obtained by a known method. The proposed method is simple to implement and can be used with both batch and continuous cooking.
