Abstract
1. Способ автоматического управления машиной непрерывного литья заготовок, включающий регулирование уровня металла в кристаллизаторе путем изменения расхода металла из промежуточного ковша, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения производительности разливки, уровень металла регулируют в зависимости от величины деформации корочки слитка в точке, лежащей посредине между кристаллизатором и первым поддерживающим роликом зоны вторичного охлаждения, причем при величине деформации, равной 0,05 - 0,08 расстояния между кристаллизатором и осью первого поддерживающего ролика, уровень металла повышают, а при иной деформации уровень металла снижают.2. Устройство для автоматического управления машиной непрерывного литья заготовок, содержащее задатчик постоянного сигнала, соединенный с первым входом первого блока сравнения, а также последовательно соединенные датчик уровня металла, преобразователь, второй блок сравнения, регулятор расхода металла из промежуточного ковша и исполнительный механизм привода стопора, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения производительности разливки, оно дополнительно содержит датчик деформации корочки слитка, расположенный посредине между кристаллизатором и первым поддерживающим роликом, соединенный со вторым входом первого блока сравнения, и триггер Шмидта, вход которого соединен с выходом первого блока сравнения, а выход - со вторым входом второго блока сравнения.1.
