Способ отличаетс тем, что, с целью рационального использовани металлических отходов и обеспечени равномерной наплавки металла слитков , примен етс взаимно-перпендикул рное расположение осей электрода (вертикальное) и кристаллизатора (горизонтальное), причем предусматриваетс возможность возвратно-поступательного перемешени кристаллизатора в процессе плавки.
