Claims (2)

  1. Patentna zahtevka 1. Preklopni napajalnik z zaščito za omejevanje izhodne napetosti in pripravo za vzbujanje stikalnega tranzistorja (TO), ki je MOS-tranzistor in preko katerega se enosmerna napetost lahko periodično priključuje na primarno navitje (3) transformatorja, pri čemer ima transformator vsaj en sekundami ovoj, s katerega se lahko preko usmemiškega dela odvzame izhodna napetost, označen s tem, da je stikalni tranzistor (TO) na plazove odporen MOS-tranzistor in da je preklopni napajalnik dimenzioniran tako, da je med zanesljivim trajnim obratovanjem preklopnega napajalnika in mejo razrušenja na plazove odpornega MOS-tranzistorja predvidena napetostna varnost 5% do 20%, s tem da leži največja dovoljena napetost (Zenerjeva napetost) na plazove odpornega MOS-tranzistorja za 5% do 20% nad napetostjo MOS-tranzistorja (TO) med ponorom in izvorom, ki se pojavlja pri normalnem delovanju preklopnega napajalnika.
