Abstract

PREKIDAČKI MREŽNI DEO SA ZAŠTITOM RADI OGRANIČAVANJA IZLAZNOG NAPONA. U slučajevima smetnji može izlazni napon prekidačkih mrežnih delova u televizorima da se poveća do te mere da bude prekoračen dopušteni visoki napon na kineskopu. Pri tome se dogadja da se opasno prekorače granične vrednosti za rentgenske zrake. Da bi se to izbeglo, predlaže se da se u prekidačkom mrežnom delu, kao prekidački tranzistor primeni MOS tranzistor otporan na efekat lavine. Prekidački mrežni deo se dimenzioniše tako da izmedju pouzdanog trajnog pogona prekidačkog mrežnog dela i granice razaranja MOS-tranzistora bude predvidjena naponska sigurnost od 10% do 20%.
