Claims (5)
- Patentni zahtevki1. Način priprave organskega gnojila z vsebnostjo najmanj 35 % (m/m) suhe snovi, najmanj 25 % (m/m) organskih snovi, minimalno 20 % (m/m) humusa in minimalno 1,5 % (m/m) dušika temelji na ustvarjanju kompostirane mešanice s škropljenjem naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala z odpadno vodo, mešanjem, zračenjem in razgradnjo kompostirane mešanice z aerobnimi bakterijami v najmanj štirih ciklih, značilen po tem, da se med prvim ciklom od najmanj štirih ciklov naravni lignocelulozni sorpcijski material poškropi z enim ali več odmerki odpadne vode v skupni količini 8 do 10 utežnih delov odpadne vode na en utežni del prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala in se kompostirana mešanica istočasno meša, zrači ter razgrajuje z aerobnimi bakterijami, in ko temperatura kompostirane mešanice po 2 do 4 tednih mešanja, zračenja in razgrajevanja z aerobnimi bakterijami, odvisno od podnebnih razmer, doseže najmanj 50 °C, se kompostirana mešanica iz prvega cikla med drugim ciklom od najmanj štirih ciklov poškropi z enim ali več odmerki odpadne vode v skupni količini 6 do 8 utežnih delov odpadne vode na en utežni del prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala in se kompostirana mešanica istočasno meša, zrači ter razgrajuje z aerobnimi bakterijami, in ko temperatura kompostirane mešanice po 2 do 4 tednih mešanja, zračenja in razgrajevanja z aerobnimi bakterijami, odvisno od podnebnih razmer, doseže najmanj 50 °C, se kompostirana mešanica iz drugega cikla med tretjim ciklom od najmanj štirih ciklov poškropi z enim ali več odmerki odpadne vode v skupni količini 4 do 6 utežnih delov odpadne vode na en utežni del prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala in se kompostirana mešanica istočasno meša, zrači ter razgrajuje z aerobnimi bakterijami, kompostirana mešanica iz tretjega cikla se med četrtim cikldfn dd*najmanj·’štirih ··’· *··’ ciklov poškropi z enim ali več odmerki odpadne vode v skupni količini 2 do 4 utežnih delov odpadne vode na en utežni del prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala in se kompostirana mešanica istočasno meša, zrači ter razgrajuje z aerobnimi bakterijami, končno masno razmerje uporabljene odpadne vode v vseh ciklih do prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala je 20 do 30 : 1, odpadna voda je izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo odpadna voda živalskega izvora iz intenzivne reje živali, odpadna voda iz živilske industrije ali blato iz čistilnih naprav komunalne odpadne vode, odpadna voda vsebuje minimalno 20 % (m/m) živalske odpadne vode, ki vsebuje 3 do 25 % (m/m) suhe snovi, živalska voda je homogenizirana z reagentom, ki vsebuje enega ali več derivatov škroba in 7 do 11 % (m/m) separatorja, separator je mešanica bentonita in natrijevega karbonata.
- 2. Način po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da je naravni lignocelulozni sorpcijski material izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo žitna slama, slama oljne repice, riževa slama, koruzni klasi, dezintegriran les, mestni odpadki, rastlinski odpadki iz vzdrževanja lokalnega zelenja in vrtov ter morske alge.
- 3. Način po zahtevku 2, značilen po tem, da 70 % uteži naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala sestavljajo žitna slama, slama oljne repice in riževa slama.
- 4. Način po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da živalska odpadna voda kot škrobne derivate vsebuje termično modificiran oksidiran škrob v količini 360 do 450 g/1000 kg živalske odpadne vode.
- 5. Način po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da je način priprave organskega gnojila kontinuiran in uporablja kompostirni stroj, ki hkrati reže naravni lignocelulozni sorpcijski material, meša odpadno vodo z naravnim lignoceluloznim sorpcijskim materialom in zrači mešanico, ki jo hkrati razgrajujejo aerobne bakterije in kjer je temperaturno nihanje med vsakim ciklom reducirano in skupfib* v \75eh* ciklih..... skupaj poškropi najmanj 25 utežnih delov odpadne vode na 1 utežni del prvotnega naravnega lignoceluloznega sorpcijskega materiala.
