Claims (15)

  1. Gorilna komponenta in postopek za izdelavo gorilne komponente Patentni zahtevki
    1. Gorilna komponenta (1), prilagojena za uporabo v Azijskih reaktoijih, ki obsega jedro (2), ki sestoji iz prvega materiala, in plast (3), ki sestoji iz drugega materiala, kjer plast (3) vsaj delno obdaja jedro (2), kjer prvi material obsega cepljivo snov, kjer prvi material sestoji iz vsaj ene snovi, izbrane iz skupine U, Pu, Th, UxOy, UxNy, UxCy, PuxOy, PuxNy, PuxCy, ThxOy, ThxNy, ThxCy in njihovih zmesi, in morebitnega preostanka do ravnotežja, in kjer gorilna komponenta (1) obsega vmesno plast (4) med jedrom (2) in plastjo (3), označena s tem, da ima vmesna plast (4) gradient materiala, ki obsega zmanjševanje koncentracije prvega materiala od jedra (2) proti plasti (3) in povečevanje koncentracije drugega material od jedra (2) proti plasti (3).
  2. 2. Gorilna komponenta (1) po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da gradient materiala obsega sukcesivno zmanjševanje koncentracije prvega materiala od jedra (2) proti plasti (3) in sukcesivno povečevanje koncentracije drugega materiala od jedra (2) proti plasti (3).
  3. 3. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 in 2, označena s tem, daje gorilna komponenta (1) izdelana s sintranjem.
  4. 4. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je plast (3) zasnovana za absorbiranje nevtronov.
  5. 5. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da drugi material sestoji iz vsaj ene snovi, izbrane iz skupine Hf, B, ZrB2, In, Cd, Hg, Ag, Gd, Er, BxCy, BxNy, BxOy in njihovih zmesi, in morebitnega preostanka do ravnotežja.
  6. 6. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je plast (3) zasnovana za zaščito jedra (2) pred zunanjim okoljem.
  7. 7. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je plast (3) v bistvu neprepustna za snov v plinastem stanju, vsaj helij.
  8. 8. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da je plast (3) v bistvu korozijsko rezistentna v okolju fizijskega reaktorja.
  9. 9. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da ima plast (3) poroznost s celotnim volumnom por, ki je večji ali enak nič, in da ima jedro (2) poroznost s celotnim volumnom por, ki je večji od nič, kjer je volumen por poroznosti v plasti (3) znatno manjši od volumna por poroznosti v jedru (2).
  10. 10. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da obsega plast (3) vsaj enega od kovinskega materiala in keramičnega materiala.
  11. 11. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da plast (3) sestoji iz vsaj ene snovi, izbrane iz skupine Ti, Zr, Al, Fe, Cr, Ni, SiC, SiN, Zr02, A1203 in njihovih zmesi, in morebitnega preostanka do ravnotežja.
  12. 12. Gorilna komponenta (1) po katerem koli od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označena s tem, da plast (3) popolnoma obdaja jedro (2).
  13. 13. Postopek za izdelavo gorilne komponente po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-12, kjer postopek obsega stopnje: dovajanje prvega materiala in drugega materiala v prostor orodja tako, da drugi material vsaj delno obda prvi material, skupno sintranje prvega in drugega materiala v gorilno komponento, pri čemer se tvori vmesna plast med jedrom in plastjo in pri čemer ima vmesna plast gradient materiala, ki obsega zmanjševanje koncentracije prvega materiala od jedra proti plasti in povečevanje koncentracije drugega materiala od jedra proti plasti.
  14. 14. Postopek po zahtevku 13, kjer se pri dovajanju prvega materiala in drugega materiala tvori vmesna cona med notranjim delom prostora in zunanjim delom prostora in kjer vmesna cona obsega zmanjševanje koncentracije prvega materiala od notranjega dela prostora proti zunajemu delu prostora in povečevanje koncentracije drugega materiala od notranjega dela prostora proti zunajemu delu prostora.
  15. 15. Postopek po zahtevku 14, kjer prostor vibriramo tako, da spravimo skupaj prvi material in drugi material in da se tvori vmesna cona.
