Claims (9)
- METODA ZA HITRO OHLAJANJE OBSEVANE BIOMASE Patentni zahtevki1. Metoda, ki zajema: hitro ohlajanje surovine biomase, ki je bila obsevana s sevanjem v obliki elektronskega žarka z namenom ionizacije surovine biomase tako, da ima surovina prvo raven radikalov, pri čemer se hitro ohlajanje izvede v obsegu, v katerem so radikali na drugi ravni, ki je nižja od prve ravni, v hitro ohlajeni surovini biomase, pri čemer hitro ohlajanje zajema stik biomase s plinom, ki lahko reagira z radikali, pri čemer plin zajema acetilen, mešanico acetilena v dušiku, etilen, klorirane etilene ali klorofluoroetilene, propilen ali mešanice teh plinov.
- 2. Metoda iz patentnega zahtevka 1, ki dodatno zajema pripravo surovine biomase z zmanjšanjem ene ali več mer posameznih kosov surovine biomase.
- 3. Metoda iz patentnega zahtevka 2, pri čemer se zmanjšanje ene ali več mer posameznih kosov surovine biomase izvede s striženjem, z drobljenjem, rezanjem ali s kombinacijo teh metod.
- 4. Metoda iz katerega koli zgornjega patentnega zahtevka, pri čemer hitro ohlajanje zajema hitro ohlajanje radikalov na raven, nižjo od 1014 spina, kot je mogoče zaznati s spektrometrom resonance elektronskega spina.
- 5. Metoda iz katerega koli zgornjega patentnega zahtevka, pri čemer metoda dodatno zajema obdelavo surovine biomase z eno ali več drugimi metodami predobdelave, pri čemer so druge metode predobdelave izbrane med sonikacijo, pirolizo in oksidacijo.
- 6. Metoda iz katerega koli zgornjega patentnega zahtevka, pri čemer se obsevanje izvede pri skupnem odmerku med 10 MRad in 50 MRad (kar ustreza odmerku med 100 kGy in 500 kGy).
- 7. Metoda iz katerega koli zgornjega patentnega zahtevka, ki dodatno zajema obdelavo hitro ohlajene surovine biomase za pridobivanje vnetljivega goriva.
- 8. Metoda iz patentnega zahtevka 7, pri čemer obdelava zajema pretvorbo obsevanega materiala z uporabo mikroorganizma, ki lahko pretvori najmanj približno 1 masni odstotek biomase v gorivo.
- 9. Metoda iz katerega koli zgornjega patentnega zahtevka, pri čemer je biomasa izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo sladkor z nizko molekulsko maso, škrob, papir, papirni izdelki, papirni odpadki, les, iverne plošče, žagovina, kmetijski odpadki, odplake, silaža, trave, ovojnice riževih zrn, odpadki sladkornega trsa, bombaž, juta, konoplja, lan, bambus, sisal, abaka, slama, koruzni storži, koruzni listi in stebla, proso, alfalfa, seno, kokosova vlakna, sintetična celuloza, morska trava, alge in mešanice teh sestavin.
