Abstract

Metoda in postroj za pretakanje utekočinjenega plina med mobilno oskrbovalno cisterno in odjemnim rezervoarjem služi pri oskrbovanju z utekočinjenimi plini. Postroj je označen s tem, da je iztočna odprtina opremljena s pretakalno črpalko (16) in ejektorjem (17), ki sta nameščena vzvodno od nastavka (11), da je raztezni prostor rezervoarja opremljen s cevjo (5) za povratno kroženje plinske faze, ki je opremljena z nastavkom (15), in da so vmes nameščena sredstva (19) za izmenjavo toplote, tako, da: kondenzirajo vso povratno krožečo plinsko fazo iz rezervoarja ali del nje ter jo v tekoči obliki ponovno vbrizgajo v ejektor, kjer se opravi morebitno nadaljnje kondenziranje, in uparijo del tekoče faze iz cisterna, s čimer dosežejo, da je raztezni prostor cisterne ves čas zapolnjen s plinsko fazo. Uporaba tega postroja je mogoča za polnjenje več rezervoarjev s pomočjo cisterne.

Claims (14)

  1. - 1 - Pat. št.21429 Patentni zahtevki 1. Metoda za pretakanje utekočinjenega plina, shranjenega v mobilni oskrbovalni cisterni pri razmeroma nizki temperaturi, pod nič stopinj Celzijeve lestvice, med navedeno cisterno in odjemnim rezervoarjem, označena s tem, da jo sestavljajo: • odvzem tekoče faze navedenega plina iz cisterne in njeno pretakanje v dno rezervoarja s pomočjo ej ektorj a; • sočasni odvzem dela plinske faze iz razteznega prostora rezervoarja in njeno vsaj delno kondenziranje v toplotnem izmenjevalniku, preden se navedena plinska faza znova uvede v dno navedenega rezervoarja s pomočjo ejektorja, kjer se zaključi kondenziranje; • izraba toplote, ki jo odda navedena plinska faza v toplotnem izmenjevalniku, za uparjanje dela tekoče faze v cisterni, tako da se v slednji obdrži plinska faza, ki pripomore, da se v cisterni kljub praznjenju ohrani ravnovesje med tlakom in temperaturo.
  2. 2. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da iz razteznega prostora rezervoarja pritekajoča plinska faza teče skozi toplotni izmenjevalnik, ki je potopljen v tekočo fazo v cisterni.
  3. 3. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da iz razteznega prostora rezervoarja pritekajoča plinska faza teče po enem izmed krogov zunanjega dvosmernega toplotnega izmenjevalnika, medtem ko del iz cisterne izčrpane tekoče faze teče po drugem krogu dvosmernega 2 Pat. št.21429 toplotnega izmenjevalnika, pri čemer se tvori plinska faza, ki se steka nazaj v raztezni prostor cisterne.
  4. 4. Metoda po zahtevku 3, označena s tem, da med cisterno in zunanjim izmenjevalnikom poteka naravno kroženje.
  5. 5. Metoda po zahtevku 3, označena s tem, da med cisterno in zunanjim izmenjevalnikom poteka vsiljeno kroženje.
  6. 6. Metoda po zahtevku 5, označena s tem, da se za odvzem proizvoda iz cisterne uporablja vsiljeno kroženje s pomočjo črpalke.
  7. 7. Metoda po katerem koli izmed zahtevkov od 1 do 6, označena s tem, da se količina iz cisterne v rezervoar pretočene tekoče faze meri z merilcem pretoka, nameščenim med pretakalno črpalko in ejektorjem.
  8. 8. Pretakalni postroj za praktično izvajanje metode po katerem koli izmed zahtevkov od 1 do 7, ki vključuje cisterno (6), opremljeno z iztočno odprtino z nastavkom (11), ter rezervoar (1), opremljen na dnu z dovodno cevjo (4) z nastavkom (12), ki je komplementaren nastavku iztočne odprtine, označen s tem, da: • je iztočna cev opremljena s pretakalno črpalko (16) in ejektorjem (17), ki sta nameščena vzvodno od nastavka (11); • je raztezni prostor rezervoarja opremljen s cevjo (5) za povratno kroženje plinske faze, navedena cev pa je opremljena z nastavkom (15); in • so vmes nameščena sredstva (19) za izmenjavo toplote, tako da: kondenzirajo vso povratno krožečo plinsko fazo iz rezervoarja ali del nje ter jo v tekoči obliki
    - 3 - Pat. št.21429 ponovno vbrizgajo v ejektor, kjer se opravi morebitno nadaljnje kondenziranj e, uparijo del tekoče faze iz cisterne, s čimer dosežejo, da je raztezni prostor cisterne ves čas zapolnjen s plinsko fazo.
  9. 9. Postroj po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da sredstvo za izmenjavo toplote vključuje enosmerni toplotni izmenjevalnik (19) znotraj cisterne (6), katerega obtočni krog, v katerega teče iz razteznega prostora rezervoarja pritekajoča plinska faza, vključuje na eni strani povratno cev (5), opremljeno z nastavkom (15), ki je komplementaren nastavku (14) dotočne cevi (13), nameščene na cisterni, na drugi strani pa vključuje obtočno cev (4), opremljeno z nastavkom (12), ki je komplementaren nastavku (11) pretakalne cevi (7), ter iztočno cev (18), ki poteka skozi cisterno in se nadaljuje iz izmenjevalnika (19) ter se končuje v ejektorju (17) navedene pretakalne cevi.
  10. 10. Postroj po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da sredstvo za izmenjavo toplote vključuje toplotni izmenjevalnik dvosmernega tipa, ki je nameščen izven cisterne (6) in katerega en priključek je priključen na povratno cev (5) in na ejektor (17), medtem ko je njegov drugi priključek priključen na dotočno cev (13) cisterne (6) in na iztočno cev, po kateri potuje proizvod v tekoči fazi, ki priteka iz cisterne.
  11. 11. Postroj po zahtevku 10, označen s tem, da sta povratna in obtočna cev opremljeni s komplementarnimi nastavki in da je toplotni izmenjevalnik sestavni del opreme cisterne. 4 Pat. št.21429
  12. 12. Postroj po zahtevku 10, označen s tem, da se iztočna cev odcepi od pretakalne cevi (7) vzvodno od črpalke (16) .
  13. 13. Postroj po zahtevku 10, označen s tem, da se iztočna cev odcepi od pretakalne cevi (7) nizvodno od črpalke (16) .
  14. 14. Postroj po katerem koli izmed zahtevkov od 8 do 13, označen s tem, da pretakalna cev vključuje sredstvo (20) za merjenje pretoka, nameščeno nizvodno od črpalke.
