Abstract

V novem postopku proizvodnje furfurala segrevamo surovino, ki vsebuje pentosan in je okisana ali ne, do temperature T1, z dovajanjem pare skozi ventil (2), medtem, ko sta ventila (3, 4) zaprta. Po zelo kratkem postopku segrevanja, para kondenzira in tako poveča vsebnost vlage polnila. Nato ventil (2) zapremo in odpremo izpustni ventil (3), da nastane stalen majhen pretok pare produkta s postopnim zmanjševanjem tlaka. To povzroči počasen padec temperature. Ko tako dosežemo primerno določeno temperaturo T2, izpustni ventil (3) zapremo in tako zaključimo prvo postopno zmanjševanje tlaka. Če ob koncu tega ciklusa ne moremo dobiti nič več furfurala, postopek zaključimo tako, da odpremo ventil (4) in iz posode izpraznimo ostanek. Če pa furfural lahko pridobivamo še naprej, reaktor ponovno segrejemo in pričnemo nov ciklus postopnega zmanjševanja tlaka.

Claims (10)

1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek proizvodnje furfurala, značilen po tem, da obsega naslednje korake: - polnjenje reaktorja z materialom, ki vsebuje pentosan, segrevanje polnitve z uvajanjem pare pod tlakom do prve. vnaprej določene temperature, ki ni višja od 250°C. zapiranje ventila za uvajanje pare in izpostavljanja polnitve postopnemu zmanjševanju tlaka, dokler ne dosežemo druge vnaprej določene temperature, ki ni nižja od 150°C, kjer je stopnja zmanjševanje tlaka takšna, da tekoča faza v reaktorju ves čas vre in je omenjena stopnja dovolj visoka, za celotno pretvorbo v furfural preden je dosežena druga vnaprej določena temperatura.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da je polnilo pred gretjem okisano.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da je stopnja zmanjševanja tlaka dovolj velika, da se zaključi pretvorba v furfural preden dosežemo drugo vnaprej določeno temperaturo.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da pretvorbo v furfural dosežemo v več kot enem ciklusu zmanjševanja tlaka od prve vnaprej določene temperature do druge vnaprej določene temperature z dodajanjem pare.
Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da med zmanjševanjem tlaka, določen čas dodajamo paro.
6. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da postopno zmanjševanje tlaka obsega nadzorovanje izpuščanje pare iz reakcije, dokler ne dosežemo druge vnaprej določene temperature.
7. Postopek po zahtevku L značilen po tem, da se postopno zmanjševanje tlaka odvija v temperaturnem obsegu med 280°C in 150°C. z
8. Postopek po zahtevku 7, značilen po tem. daje temperaturni obseg delovanja med 230° in 170°C.
9. Postopek po zahtevku 1. značilen po tem, da kot katalizator uporabimo fosforno kislino.
10. Postopek po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da kot dodani katalizator uporabimo ocetno kislino.
