Abstract

Naprava za neprekinjeno vodoravno ulivanje kovine, zlasti aluminija, obsegajoŽŤa izoliran rezervoar ali bazen (2), ki je zasnovan za drĹľanje tekoŽŤe kovine, in loŽŤljivo prikljuŽŤen kalup (3), ki ga je moŽŤ loŽŤiti od bazena (2), z izolirno plošŽŤo (19) z luknjama (25, 26), ki sodelujeta s kalupom, pri ŽŤemer ima kalup (3) prednostno okroglo votlino (17) s steno (12, 13) iz prepustnega gradiva za dovajanje olja in plina. Stena opravlja osnovno ohlajanje kovine, ki se jo uliva, in ima vsaj eno reĹľo ali šobe (16), razporejeno(e) vzdolĹľ oboda votline za direktno dovajanje hladilnega sredstva, pri ŽŤemer gre za dodatno ohlajanje. Osnovno ohlajanje je tako zasnovano, da ga je moŽŤ intenzivirati ali zmanjšati. Izolirna plošŽŤa (19) je zamenjljiva in v odvisnosti od vrste zlitine ter potreb po ohlajanju tako zasnovana, da njena osna razseĹľnost v votlini (17) sega (pri 24) prek prepustnega gradiva (12, 13).

Claims (5)

  1. Λ Patentni zahtevki 1. Naprava za neprekinjeno vodoravno ulivanje kovine, zlasti aluminija, obsegajoča izoliran rezervoar ali bazen (2), ki je zasnovan za držanje tekoče kovine, in snemljivo razporejen kalup (3), ki gaje moč ločiti od bazena (2), z izolimo ploščo (19) z luknjama (25, 26), ki sodelujeta z rezervoaijem in kalupom, pri čemer ima kalup (3) livno votlino (17), ki vključuje primaren hladilni odsek z obodno steno (12, 13) iz prepustnega gradiva za dovajanje olja in/ali plina, in pri čemer sekundami hladilni odsek vključuje vsaj eno režo ali šobe (16), razporejeno(-e) vzdolž oboda votline za direktno dovajanje hladilnega, značilna po tem, daje izolima plošča (19) lahko zamenljiva in ima štrlino (24), ki se razšiija preko vzdolž celotnega oboda stene livne votline (17) in daje dolžina štrline izbrana v odvisnosti od zahtevanega primarnega hladilnega učinka.
  2. 2. Naprava po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da je izolacijska plošča (19) zamenljiva.

Naprava po zahtevkih 1 in 2, značilna po tem, da ima kalup ohišje kalupa, ki vključuje dva dela (8, 9) z vmesnim hladilnim kanalom (14), kjer je termoizolacijska obročasta plošča (28) razporejena pri prvem delu (8), ki obdaja prepustno gradivo (12, 13) v votlini (17) z namenom zmanjšati prenos toplote v votlino.
  4. 4. Naprava po zahtevku 3, značilna po tem, da je izolacijska plošča (28) zamenljiva in je lahko različnih debelin.
  5. 5. Naprava po zahtevkih 3 ali 4, značilna po tem, da je ohišje (8) kalupa izdelano iz jekla.
