Abstract
Naprava v sklopu vodnohladilnega sistema za opremo za polkontinuirno ulivanje neposredno v kokile za ulivanje kovine, predvsem za ulivanje aluminujevih ingtov (14). Rešitev obsega eno ali več kokil (9), razporejenih v okvirni zgradbi z integralnim blokom (18) za porazdeljevanje vode. Kokila (kokile) obsega(-jo) livno votlino, ki jo omejujeta prepustna stenska elementa (10) za dovajanje olja in/ali plina in ki je zgoraj odprta prek odprtine (13) za dovajanje raztaljene kovine ter spodaj pri začetkuvsakokratne operacije ulivanja zaprta s pomočjo premakljive opore. Kovina se ohlaja dvostopenjsko i.s. v prvi stopnji v livni votlini in nadaljevalni stopnji neposredno s pomočjo vode tik pod območjem začetnega ohlajanja. Za hlajenje kokil, ko je ulivanje končano, je razporejen poseben hladilni sistem, v danem primeru sistem za dodatno ohlajanje. Dodatno ohlajanje (1, 2, 3) in nadaljevalno ohlajanje (11, 19) torej sestojita iz dveh ločenih hladilnih napeljav. Napeljava za dodatno hlajenje obsega enega aliveč hladilnih vodov (3) v steni kokile z dovodnim in odvodnim cevnim sistemom (1 in 2). Nadaljevalni hladilni sistem obsega komoro (11) za porazdeljevanje vode, ki je vezana na vse kokile livarske opreme in ki z vodo oskrbuje okoli oboda kokile razporejene izvrtine ali režo (19) za porazdeljevanje vode.
Claims (2)
1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Naprava v sklopu vodnohladilnega sistema za opremo za polkontinuimo ulivanje neposredno v kokile za ulivanje kovine, predvsem za ulivanje aluminijevih ingotov (14), obsegajočo eno ali več kokil (9), razporejenih v okvirni zgradbi z integralnim blokom (18) za porazdeljevanje vode in obsegajočih livno votlino, ki jo omejujeta prepustna stenska elementa (10) za dovajanje olja in/ali plina in kije zgoraj odprta prek odprtine (13) za dovajanje raztaljene kovine ter spodaj pri začetku vsakokratne operacije ulivanja zaprta s pomočjo premakljive opore, pri čemer se kovina ohlaja dvostopenjsko i.s. v prvi stopnji v livni votlini in nadaljevalni stopnji neposredno s pomočjo vode tik pod območjem začetnega ohlajanja, značilna po tem, da napeljavi (20) za dodatno hlajenje, razporejeni ločeno od opreme in obsegajoči enega ali več hladilnih vodov (3) v steni (17) kokile z dovodnim in odvodnim cevnim sistemom (1 in 2) za dovajanje in odvajanje hladilne vode.

Naprava po zahtevku 1, značilna po tem, da je obstoj hladilnega voda oziroma vodov (3) posledica zdru2itve kokilnega elementa (17) in bloka (18) za porazdelitev vode, pri čemer zadevne vode (3) ali komore po zdru2itvi omenjenih delov tvori oziroma tvorita/tvorijo izrezi v bloku in/ali kokilnih elementih.
