Claims (1)
1. UV-blockerande film innefattande mikrofibrillerad cellulosa, varvidåtminstone en del av den mikrofibrillerade cellulosan är mikrofibrilleradcellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigtmaterial, kännetecknad av att filmen innefattar 2,5 - 50 vikt-%fiberbaserat material av mikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigt material. Film enligt patentkrav 1, varvid det icke-kemiskt modifierade lignocellulosahaltiga materialet är mekanisk massa. Film enligt patentkrav 2, varvid den mekaniska massan ärkemitermomekanisk massa (CTMP), termomekanisk massa (TMP),tryckslipmassa (PGW) och/eller stenslipmassa (SGP). Film enligt patentkrav 1, varvid det lignocellulosahaltiga materialet är fibrer från kokosnötskal. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen innefattar5 - 40 vikt-% fiberbaserat material av mikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigt material. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen äveninnefattar mikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigt material, företrädesvis från kemisk massa. Film enligt patentkrav 6, varvid filmen innefattar 50 - 97,5 vikt-%,företrädesvis mellan 60 - 95 vikt-% fiberbaserat material avmikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från kemiskt modifieratlignocellulosahaltigt material. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen äveninnefattar nanofyllmedel, företrädesvis nanoutfällt kalciumkarbonat 10. 11. 12. 13. (PCC), nanofyllmedel av bentonit, nanofyllmedel av titandioxid,nanofyllmedel av zinkoxid, nanotalk, nanoleror och/eller andra fyllmedel av nanostorlek. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen har enytvikt som är lägre än 50 g/m2, eller lägre än 35 g/m2, eller lägre än 25g/m2. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen har entransmittans som är åtminstone 70 % för strålning med våglängder över400 nm. Film enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, varvid filmen har entransmittans som är lägre än 70 % för strålning med våglängder under400 nm. Förfarande för framställning av en film med UV-blockerande egenskaper, varvid förfarandet innefattar stegen: att tillhandahålla en första suspension, som innefattar mikrofibrilleradcellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigtmaterial, - att leda den första suspensionen till en vira och - att avvattna den första suspensionen för att bilda en film, varvidfilmen innefattar 2,5 - 50 vikt-% fiberbaserat material avmikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigt material. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 12, varvid nämnda förfarande dessutom innefattar stegen: - att tillhandahålla en andra suspension, som innefattar mikrofibrilleradcellulosa framställd från kemiskt modifierat lignocellulosahaltigtmaterial och - att blanda den första och andra suspensionen varigenom en blandning erhålls, 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. - att leda blandningen till en vira, samt att därefter- avvattna blandningen för att bilda filmen. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 12-13, varvid denmikrofibrillerade cellulosan har ett Schopper-Riegler-värde (SR°) som ärhögre än 87 SR°. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 13-14, varvid blandningeninnehåller den första suspensionen i en mängd om 2,5 - 50 vikt-% ochden andra suspensionen i en mängd om 50 - 97,5 vikt-%, räknat på det fiberbaserade materialet. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 12-15, varvid nanofyllmedel,företrädesvis nanoutfällt kalciumkarbonat (PCC), nanofyllmedel avbentonit, nanofyllmedel av titandioxid, nanofyllmedel av zinkoxid,nanotalk, nanoleror och/eller andra fyllmedel av nanostorlek tillsätts till den första suspensionen och/eller den andra suspensionen. Användning av en komposition med UV-blockerande egenskaper, varvidnämnda komposition innefattar 2,5 - 50 vikt-% fiberbaserat material avmikrofibrillerad cellulosa framställd från icke-kemiskt modifieratlignocellulosahaltigt material, för tillverkning av en skruvkapsyl eller ettskruvlock. Användning av filmen enligt något av patentkraven 1-11 som enfönsterfilm, eller på ytan av en pappers- eller kartongprodukt.
