Description
501 667 å ä' I o] lv-l- l.. l Föreliggande uppfinning har till ändamål att vid sammanfogning av föremål, där ett föremål på något vis påträds ett annat, åstadkomma en limfog på ett sådant sätt att kvaliteten på limfogen säkras. Föreliggande uppfinning har också till ändamål att, vid exempelvis sammanfogning av rörsystem, rationalisera fogningsoperationen och göra den mindre hälsovådlig jämfört med dagens förfarande.
Principen för att lösa uppgiften år att ordna så att en inre kavitet (fig. 1:1) uppstår när föremålen förenas. Kaviteten kan, genom ett hål (1:2), anslutas till ett yttre limförråd varifrån lirn kan tvingas in i kaviteten/limfogen efter det att föremålen är inpassade i varatm. Kvaliteten på lirnfogen säkras genom att limmet mekaniskt hindras att lämna avsett område (1 z3) och för att få en indikation på att fogen blivit fylld utformas kaviteten på så sätt att lirn tränger ut, genom t.ex. ett avluftningshål, först när kaviteten är helt fylld. Exakt hur de mekaniska hindren skall se ut, hur kaviteterna med tillhörande hål skall utformas och vilket antal kaviteter som behövs, bestäms förstås av vilka föremål som skall satnrnanfogas.
H E.. . l Problemen vid sammanfogning av rörändar löses genom att man använder en koppling och ordnar på så sätt att en kavitet uppstår mellan rör och koppling vari lim kan injiceras efter det att rören passats in. Kaviteten kan vara den volym som uppstår mellan ett rör med mindre ytterdiatneter än kopplingens innerdiameter, eller vara ett resultat av urfräsning på rör eller i koppling (fig. 2). Dessutom kan kaviteten uppstå genom en kombination av olika diametrar och urfräsningar. Beskrivningen nedan är anpassad till ñg. 2.
Kopplingen (2:4) är försedd med ett antal mottagningsöppningar, påträdbara det antal rör (225) som skall sammanfogas. Varje mottagningsöppning har en inre omkretskavitet (2: l) vilken genom ett hål (2:2) kan anslutas till en utvändig limdepå, t.ex. en limpistol. Då röränden är inpassad i kopplingens mottagningshål fylls kaviteten med lim genom ett injektionsförfarande där lirn från den yttre limdepân tvingas in i kaviteten genom det för ändamålet avsedda hålet. Genom att mekaniska hinder (213), t.ex. O-ringar, sätter stopp för limmets framfart i rörets axiella riktning fås limmet att, åt tvâ motsatta håll, flyta runt röret i omlcretskaviteten. Limfronterna kommer då att mötas på motsatt sida injektionshålet där också två avluftningshål (2:6) är placerade, ett vid respektive kant på kaviteten. För att minska kraften som är nödvändig för att tvinga runt limmet, och för att säkerställa att all luft lämnar kaviteten, är nämnda kavitet djupare på mitten vilket medför att limmet som sista del av kaviteten når avluftningshålen. Genom kavitetens utformning, de mekaniska hindren samt den strategiska placeringen av avluftningshålen, ges garanti att när lirn tränger ut genom dessa är kaviteten helt fylld med lim.
Claims (3)
1. Arrangemang för att genom Iimning sammanfoga föremål av godtyckligt material där föremålen på något sätt pàträdas varandra, kännetecknat därav - att invändig kavitet uppstår när föremål påträs varandra, - att nämnda kavitet är anslutningsbar till ett utanför beläget limförråd som genom manipulering kan tillföras kaviteten, samt - att mekaniska stoppanordníngar stoppar limmet att spridas utanför önskat område då tillförsel av lim sker till kaviteten.
2. Arrangemang enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav - att en indikation ges pà när lim har fyllt önskad volym.
3. Arrangemang enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2 kännetecknat därav - att ett av föremålen är ett fogningsorgan i- eller påtrâbart minst två föremål.
