Perforerar man dessa veckade lameller, ligger enligt den statistiska fördelningen nödvändigtvis ett antal hål i veckens dalbottnar. Vid dessa i dalbottnarna liggande hål sker avbrott av de eljest obromsat nedåt strömmande rännilarna,och vätska:æfledsvh hålens överkanter i sidled och strömmar över flankerna till de på ömse sidor om dalbottnen liggande kanalerna. Dock flyter vätskan svallartat över flankerna så, att ingen jämn vätskeför- delning över hela den veckade fördelníngsytan är möjlig.
Jämte de i tyska utläggningsskriften 1 253 673 kända insatselementen är det vid operforerade veckade lameller känt att på dessa jämte den grova veckningen anbringa en finräffling för att förbättra vätskans sidofördelning på lamellytorna genom kapillärverkan.
Ingen av dessa båda åtgärder leder emellertid för sig till en tillfredsställande jämn vätskefördelning på de veckade lamellernas ytor, vilket har visat sig i praktiken.
Uppfinningen syftar till att genom en lämplig utformning av de av folieartat material bestående veckade lamellerna åstadkomma en ytterst jämn vätskefördelning och därmed väsentligt förbättra ämnes- eller värmeutbyteseffekten i förhållande till kända insats- element. .
Uppfinningen består i att lamellernas veckväggar är finräfflade.
Med "räffling" förstås enligt uppfinningen en upprugg- ning av lamcllytan genom ríllning eller inprägling av mönster, exempelvis fiskbensmönster.
Till grund för uppfinningen ligger det överraskande rönet att en kombination av finräffling på ovan angivet sätt och perforering av lamellerna medför en ytterst jämn vätskefördelning på lamellernas ytor.
Man skulle nämligen i förstone kunna anta, att de båda åtgärderna skulle motverka varandra, enär finräfflingen har till uppgift att kanalisera vätskan i sidled och hålen avbryter denna kanalisering.
Såsom folieliknande material för lamellerna kommer företrädesvis metaller, såsom koppar, rostfritt stål eller monel- metall,eller plaster i fråga. 10 15 20 25 30 35 7804206-6 3 När finräfflingen bildas av rillor, kan dessa förlöpa i horisontell riktning, enär även härigenom på grund av kapillär- verkan ästadkommes en vätskefördelning i sidled av grovveckningens dalbottnar. En fördelaktig utföringsform av uppfinningen utmärkes av att vinkeln mellan finräfflingen och kolonnaxeln uppgår till 15 - 900 och motsvarande vinkel mellan kolonnaxeln och grovveck- ningen till 15 - 600. I detta fall förstärks vätskans utbredning i sidled på lamellytorna under inverkan av kapillärkraften ytter- ligare av den i räffeldalarnas riktning verkande tyngdkraften.
Lämpligen kan finräfflíngens längd och höjd uppgå till 0,3 - 3 mm, varvid med "längd" i överförd bemärkelse förstås "våglängd".
Uppfinningen förklaras i det följande närmare i samband med de på bifogade ritningar åskådliggjorda utföríngs- formerna.

Lamellen 1 enligt fig. 1 har en grovveckning med åsar 2a och dalbottnar 2b. Med "veckning" förstås enligt uppfinningen såväl en tandformig som en vàgformig profilering.
Lamellen är försedd med ett antal hål 3. Lämpligen har hålen en diameter av storleksordningen 4 mm och upptar totalt högst 5 - 20 % av den totala ytan. 7 I en vinkel, som är motsatt grovveckningens lutnings- vinkel, är lamellen försedd med en finräffling 4. Räffelhöjden och räffellängden uppgår lämpligen till storleksordningen 0,3 - 3 mm.
Pig. 2 visar en planvy av den i fig. 1 åskådliggjorda lamellen för klargörande av vinkelförhällandena mellan grovveck- ningen och finräfflingen. Kolonnaxelns riktning är betecknad med K,grovveckningens vinkel mot kolonnaxeln med GF och fin- räfflingens vinkel mot kolonnaxeln med FR.
De fjorton lamellerna 1 i fig 3 är visade i den ordningsföljd de placeras och hopbygges till ett insatselement
Claims (5)
1. Insatselement för ämnes- och värmeutbyteskolonner, i vilka en gas och en vätska Bringas i kontakt med varandra, före- trädesvis i motström, bestående av parallellt med kolonnaxeln ' anordnade, varandra berörande veckade lameller av folieliknande material, varvid lamellernas veck ligger i vinkel mot kolonn- axeln och lamellerna har ett flertal över deras ytor fördelade hål, k ä n n e t e o k n a t av att lamellernas (1) vecksidor är finräfflade.
2. Insatselement enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e t e c k- n a t av attfinräfflingen (H) är utformad som rillning.
3. Insatselement enligt patentkravet 2, k ä n n e t e c k- n a t av att rillningen bildar en vinkel (FR) mot kolonnaxeln (K), som har motsatt förtecken mot den motsvarande vinkeln (F) för lamellernas grovveckning (2a, 2b). H.
4. Insatselement enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n n e t e c k- n a t av att vinkeln (FR) mellan rillningen (4) och kolonnaxeln no uppgår till 15 - sn°. “ vsoazoe-6 5
