Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية للتكسير البخاري steam cracking process لخام بالكامل تشتمل على خطوة تطاير volatilization تُنفَّذ للحفاظ على حجم قطرات هيدروكربون hydrocarbon droplet كبيرة نسبيًا. تضم هذه العملية ملامسة خام بالكامل مع البخار ليتطاير جزء من الهيدروكربونات، حيث يتلامس خام التغذية الهيدروكربوني hydrocarbon feedstock والبخار بسرعة نسبية relative velocity أولية على سبيل المثال تقل عن 30 م/ث. ثم يُتاح فصل الطور البخاري vapor phase الناتج، المشتمل على الهيدروكربونات المتطايرة والبخار من الطور السائل liquid phase الذي يضم هيدروكربونات غير متطايرة. ثم يُتاح بعد ذلك توجيه الهيدروكربونات الموجودة بالطور البخاري إلى مفاعل انحلال حراري بخاري steam pyrolysis reactor لعمل تكسير بخاري للهيدروكربونات في الطور البخاري. شكل1
