Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية ووحدة تصنيع مرتبطة بها لإحماء ركيزة concentrate سلفيد sulfide حاملة للذهب gold. ويتم إدخال جسيمات الركيزة Concentrate particles ذات محتوى الكربون carbon الذي يبلغ أكثر من ٠.٥٪ بالوزن في جهاز إحماء roaster، حيث يتم معالجتها حراريًا عند درجات حرارة تتراوح بين ٥٠٠ و١٠٠٠°م مئوية في طبقة مميعة لتكوين كلس calcine، وحيث يتم سحب أجزاء على الأقل من الكلس، من داخل جهاز الإحماء، مع تيار غاز، كجزء صلب. ويتم فصل جسيمات الركيزة التي يكون قطرها أصغر بنسبة ٥٠٪ على الأقل من متوسط قطر جسيمات الركيزة، كجسيمات صغيرة و/أو يتم فصل جسيمات من الجزء الغاز-الصلب في خطوة واحدة على الأقل كجسيمات كلس صغيرة. ويتم تحبيب الجسيمات الصغيرة و/أو جزء على الأقل من جسيمات الكلس الصغيرة، حيث أن ٨٠٪ على الأقل من الحبيبات يبلغ قطرها ٨٠٪ على الأقل من متوسط قطر جسيمات الركيزة، ويتم إدخال الحبيبات في جهاز الإحماء. شكل ١
