Abstract

Wynalazek odnosi się do sposobu prażenia cząstek rudy obejmujących węgiel i/lub siarkę, w którym w celu wyprażenia cząstki wprowadza się do reaktora (11). Ponadto, wprowadza się zawierający tlen gaz, przy czym cząstki praży się w złożu fluidalnym w temperaturze od 500 do 1000°C przez co najmniej 10 sekund i przy czym wyprażone cząstki usuwa się z reaktora. Cząstki te charakteryzują się zawartością wody wynoszącą maksymalnie 2% wag. i są wtryskiwane pneumatycznie do złoża fluidalnego.
