Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بجهاز لقياس خشونة السطح surface roughness measurement device (10) والذي في أحد النماذج يشتمل على ألياف باعثة emitting fiber رئيسية (122) وإضافية (13) ، ألياف تجميع collecting fibers عديدة (124) ، مبيت ضوئي optical housing (14) ، مرايا عاكسة رئيسية main reflective mirror (15) وإضافية (16) ، ودائرة خارجية external circuit. يشتمل المبيت الضوئي على الألياف ويحدد فتحة للتلامس ضوئياً مع سطح جسم. يتم وضع المرآة العاكسة الرئيسية (15) في المبيت الضوئي (14) ، لعكس الضوء المنبعث من الليفة الباعثة الرئيسية (122) إلى نقطة رصد للفتحة والضوء المنعكس بواسطة الجسم إلى ألياف التجميع (124). ويتم وضع المرآة العاكسة الإضافية auxiliary reflective mirror (16) في المبيت الضوئي (14) ، لعكس الضوء المنبعث من الليفة الباعثة الإضافية إلى نقطة الرصد. والغرض من الدائرة الخارجية هو توليد شعاع ليزر إلى الألياف الباعثة الرئيسية والإضافية، تجميع الضوء المنعكس من ألياف التجميع (124) ، وحساب خشونة السطح للجسم على أساس الضوء المنعكس الذي تم تجميعه. شكل 1.
