Claims (8)
1. Гибкий графитовый лист, имеющий противоположные планарные наружные поверхности и включающий дисперсию множества игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц, которые не реагируют с гибким графитом и стабильны при температурах вплоть до 1371,1oС в количестве примерно 1,5 - 30 мас.%, причем игольчатые керамические волокнистые частицы простираются внутрь графитового листа, по крайней мере, от одной из планарных наружных поверхностей, чтобы увеличить проницаемость графитового листа для жидкого раствора смолы.
2. Гибкий графитовый лист по п.1, в котором в качестве листа применяют прессованный между валками лист, имеющий толщину 0,1 - 3,5 мм.
3. Гибкий графитовый лист по п.1, в котором игольчатые керамические волокна выбраны из группы, включающей мацерированные волокна из кварцевого стекла, углеродные волокна, графитовые волокна, волокна из двуокиси циркония, волокна из нитрида бора, волокна из карбида кремния, волокна из окиси магния, волокна из метасиликата кальция, волокна из кальций алюмосиликата, волокна из окиси алюминия.
4. Гибкий графитовый лист по п.1, в котором игольчатыми керамическими волокнистыми частицами являются частицы метасиликата кальция.
5. Гибкий графитовый лист по п.1, в котором игольчатые керамические волокнистые частицы имеют длину 0,15 - 1,5 мм.
6. Гибкий графитовый лист по п.1, в котором множество кольцевых каналов окружает соответствующие игольчатые керамические волокнистые частицы, протянувшиеся, по крайней мере, от одной из указанных планарных наружных поверхностей графитового листа.
7. Способ получения гибкого графитового листа, имеющего противоположные планарные наружные поверхности, которые являются проницаемыми для жидкого раствора смолы, включающий:
(i) обработку природного чешуйчатого графитового материала пропитывающим раствором для получения теплорасширяемых пропитанных графитовых чешуйчатых частиц;
(ii) приготовление смеси примерно из 1,5 - 30 мас.% игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц с указанными пропитанными графитовыми чешуйчатыми частицами для получения смеси, причем указанные игольчатые керамические чешуйчатые частицы не реагируют с гибким графитом и стабильны при температурах вплоть до 1371,1oС;
(iii) пропуск указанной смеси пропитанных природных графитовых чешуйчатых частиц и игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц сквозь пламя для быстрого расслоения указанных пропитанных природных графитовых частиц и получения смеси указанных игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц с расслоившимися графитовыми частицами; и
(iv) пропуск указанной смеси игольчатых частиц и расслоившихся графитовых частиц между прессовыми валками для получения прессованного листа гибкого графита, включающего заделанную в него дисперсию множества игольчатых частиц, которые простираются, по крайней мере, от одной из указанных планарных наружных поверхностей внутрь листа.
(i) обработку природного чешуйчатого графитового материала пропитывающим раствором для получения теплорасширяемых пропитанных графитовых чешуйчатых частиц;
(ii) приготовление смеси примерно из 1,5 - 30 мас.% игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц с указанными пропитанными графитовыми чешуйчатыми частицами для получения смеси, причем указанные игольчатые керамические чешуйчатые частицы не реагируют с гибким графитом и стабильны при температурах вплоть до 1371,1oС;
(iii) пропуск указанной смеси пропитанных природных графитовых чешуйчатых частиц и игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц сквозь пламя для быстрого расслоения указанных пропитанных природных графитовых частиц и получения смеси указанных игольчатых керамических волокнистых частиц с расслоившимися графитовыми частицами; и
(iv) пропуск указанной смеси игольчатых частиц и расслоившихся графитовых частиц между прессовыми валками для получения прессованного листа гибкого графита, включающего заделанную в него дисперсию множества игольчатых частиц, которые простираются, по крайней мере, от одной из указанных планарных наружных поверхностей внутрь листа.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором (i) лист со стадии (iv) погружают в смолу, которая проникает в лист; (ii) смолу стабилизируют нагреванием; и (iii) содержащий смолу лист подвергают каландрованию путем пропуска содержащего смолу листа между прессовыми валками.
