Abstract
Согласно предлагаемому в данном изобретении способу изготовления сварной металлической трубы с металлическим покрытием до сварки на полосу наносят цинковое покрытие. Затем полосу формуют в трубу с незаваренным швом и сваривают в инертной атмосфере при расположении шва в нижней части трубы. И наконец создают условия для стекания металлического покрытия книзу поверх шва, покрывая шов с помощью различных средств. В одном из вариантов реализации полосе предварительно придают дугообразную форму и производят цинкование, при этом толщина цинкового покрытия увеличивается по направлению к боковым краям полосы с тем, чтобы покрытие стекло поверх шва после сварки. Кроме того, трубу можно после сварки подогреть, предпочтительно в кожухе, где содержится инертная атмосфера и где находится сварочный аппарат. Согласно другому варианту реализации инертный газ направляют на внутреннюю и внешнюю поверхности трубы рядом со швом, в результате чего расплавленный металл движется вниз к шву и закрывает шов. Еще в одном варианте реализации на боковых краях полосы делаются углубления или канавки, направленные к боковым краям, по которым расплавленный металл направляется вниз к шву.
Claims (1)
- Согласно предлагаемому в данном изобретении способу изготовления сварной металлической трубы с металлическим покрытием до сварки на полосу наносят цинковое покрытие. Затем полосу формуют в трубу с незаваренным швом и сваривают в инертной атмосфере при расположении шва в нижней части трубы. И наконец создают условия для стекания металлического покрытия книзу поверх шва, покрывая шов с помощью различных средств. В одном из вариантов реализации полосе предварительно придают дугообразную форму и производят цинкование, при этом толщина цинкового покрытия увеличивается по направлению к боковым краям полосы с тем, чтобы покрытие стекло поверх шва после сварки. Кроме того, трубу можно после сварки подогреть, предпочтительно в кожухе, где содержится инертная атмосфера и где находится сварочный аппарат. Согласно другому варианту реализации инертный газ направляют на внутреннюю и внешнюю поверхности трубы рядом со швом, в результате чего расплавленный металл движется вниз к шву и закрывает шов. Еще в одном варианте реализации на боковых краях полосы делаются углубления или канавки, направленные к боковым краям, по которым расплавленный металл направляется вниз к шву.
