Claims (5)

1. Способ выделения ловастатина, отличающийся тем, что ловастатин экстрагируют из бродильного бульона, мицелия или фильтрата микроорганизма, способного вырабатывать ловастатин, бутилацетатом, полученный раствор ловастатина в бутилацетате концентрируют в условиях сниженного давления при температуре свыше 40oC и оставляют для кристаллизации.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что микроорганизм, способный вырабатывать ловастатин, является грибом.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что гриб принадлежит к роду Aspergillus.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что гриб принадлежит к роду Aspergillus terreus или Aspergillus oryzae.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что грибом является Aspergillus terreus (ATCC 20542) или Aspergillus oryzae (ATCC 74135).
