Abstract

Предложен двустадийный способ получения гинкголида С путем превращения гинкголида В. В первой стадии гинкголид С взаимодействует с ангидридом сульфокислоты, образуя С-7-сульфонат гинкголида С. Во второй стадии С-7-сульфонат гинкголида С взаимодействует с боргидридом. В этой реакции элиминируется С-7-радикал С-7-сульфоната гинкголида С и в результате этого образуется гинкголид В.

Claims (1)

  1. Предложен двустадийный способ получения гинкголида С путем превращения гинкголида В. В первой стадии гинкголид С взаимодействует с ангидридом сульфокислоты, образуя С-7-сульфонат гинкголида С. Во второй стадии С-7-сульфонат гинкголида С взаимодействует с боргидридом. В этой реакции элиминируется С-7-радикал С-7-сульфоната гинкголида С и в результате этого образуется гинкголид В.
