Abstract

Предлагается товарный контейнер, сформированный из согнутого гибкого листового материала для обеспечения коробчатой формы, имеющей боковые и торцевые стенки и верхнюю крышку, в которой верхняя крышка состоит из выполненных как единое целое створок на боковых и торцевых стенках, которые сгибают друг относительно друга и относительно стенок. Торцевым стенкам предварительно придана нужная форма для прогиба внутрь таким образом, что при отгибании створок боковых стенок до перекрытия ими друг друга с целью образования верхней крышки створки торцевых стенок образуют выступающие наружу треугольные крылья, которые сгибаются вниз, встречая увеличивающееся сопротивление до тех пор, пока не достигают определенного угла отклонения вниз ниже горизонтали, после чего торцевые стенки прогибаются внутрь, позволяя боковым стенкам сходиться, чтобы понизить сопротивление и создать усилие, стремящееся наклонить крылья вниз для ввода их в зацепление с торцевыми стенками с целью удержания крыльев на торцевых стенках и удержания створок боковых стенок верхней крышки в закрытом состоянии.

Claims (1)

  1. Предлагается товарный контейнер, сформированный из согнутого гибкого листового материала для обеспечения коробчатой формы, имеющей боковые и торцевые стенки и верхнюю крышку, в которой верхняя крышка состоит из выполненных как единое целое створок на боковых и торцевых стенках, которые сгибают друг относительно друга и относительно стенок. Торцевым стенкам предварительно придана нужная форма для прогиба внутрь таким образом, что при отгибании створок боковых стенок до перекрытия ими друг друга с целью образования верхней крышки створки торцевых стенок образуют выступающие наружу треугольные крылья, которые сгибаются вниз, встречая увеличивающееся сопротивление до тех пор, пока не достигают определенного угла отклонения вниз ниже горизонтали, после чего торцевые стенки прогибаются внутрь, позволяя боковым стенкам сходиться, чтобы понизить сопротивление и создать усилие, стремящееся наклонить крылья вниз для ввода их в зацепление с торцевыми стенками с целью удержания крыльев на торцевых стенках и удержания створок боковых стенок верхней крышки в закрытом состоянии.
