Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления абразивного материала на основе корунда с коэффициентом формы зерна более 0,6. Согласно способу в плавильный агрегат непрерывно или порциями загружают содержащий AlOисходный компонент с содержанием AlOболее 98% по массе, причем объем подачи исходного компонента в единицу времени и производительность печи выбирают таким образом, чтобы образовавшийся в плавильном агрегате зумпф расплава в течение процесса расплавления составлял максимум 200 мм, после чего отвержденный корундовый блок извлекают и измельчают до желаемой фракции.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к способу изготовления абразивного материала на основе корунда с коэффициентом формы зерна более 0,6. Согласно способу в плавильный агрегат непрерывно или порциями загружают содержащий Al2O3 исходный компонент с содержанием Al2O3 более 98% по массе, причем объем подачи исходного компонента в единицу времени и производительность печи выбирают таким образом, чтобы образовавшийся в плавильном агрегате зумпф расплава в течение процесса расплавления составлял максимум 200 мм, после чего отвержденный корундовый блок извлекают и измельчают до желаемой фракции.
