Abstract

Соединения формулы I, приведенной в описании, или их диастереомеры или энантиомеры, за исключением R,R-дистереомера формулы I, или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли уменьшают нежелательное воздействие от токсического повреждения центральных нейронов, вследствие чего применимы для лечения ишемии, шока, гипоксии и т.п.

Claims (1)

  1. Соединения формулы I, приведенной в описании, или их диастереомеры или энантиомеры, за исключением R,R-дистереомера формулы I, или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли уменьшают нежелательное воздействие от токсического повреждения центральных нейронов, вследствие чего применимы для лечения ишемии, шока, гипоксии и т.п.
