Claims (1)
- Индукционная печь для нагрева и повторного нагрева плоских изделий сталелитейной промышленности. Индукционная печь обеспечивает непрерывное равномерное нагревание плоского изделия, в частности, тонкий сляб, из установки непрерывной разливки перед этапом чистовой прокатки в процессе изготовления тонких стальных полос. Вследствие небольшой толщины нагреваемого изделия печь этого типа имеет уменьшенный размер катушек в направлении подачи полосы. Для исключения того, чтобы при этих условиях происходило возможное уменьшение эффективности и возникновение большой утечки потока с последующими за этим серьезными помехами, в нашем изобретении предусмотрен концентратор потока, образованный двумя непрерывными пакетами пластин, имеющими С-образное поперечное сечение, которые обертывают индукционную катушку как сверху, так и снизу по всей ее длине, оставляя свободным только участок для прохода или канал, через который подлежащее нагреванию изделие входит в катушку. 5 ил.
