Использование: в винодельческой промышленности. Сущность изобретения: купажируют виноматериалы сорта Баян Ширей и Ркацители в количестве соответственно 80 и 20% от объема купажа. На основе купажа по известной технологии приготавливают бродильную смесь, которую сбраживают под давлением 0,55 - 0,6 МПа при температуре 10 - 12oС в течение 14 - 15 сут. В вино дозируют экспедиционный ликер до требуемых кондиций по содержанию сахара, охлаждают до -3 - -4oС и фильтруют с последующим розливом. Экспедиционный ликер приготавливают по известной технологии из вышеперечисленных виноматериалов, выдерживают 1 месяц, вносят в него компонент, придающий мускатный вкус и аромат, и еще 1 месяц выдерживают.Usage: in the wine industry.
