Claims (1)

  1. Модифицирующая удельный вес маркерная частица обеспечивает улучшенный анализ целевых компонентов в пробе. Для этого используются частицы, модифицирующие удельный вес и связывающиеся с целевыми компонентами с помощью специфичных антител. Такими связывающимися и модифицирующими удельный вес частицами являются липосомы, которые способны поднимать на поверхности или погружать мишени до обычного уровня в испытуемом образце после его центрифугирования в прозрачной пробирке. Эти липосомы четко и определенно указывают на наличие мишеней в пробе благодаря способности включать в себя множество флуоресцентных и нефлуоресцентных молекул-красителей, обладая при этом минимальным стерическим воздействием на способность антител к связыванию.
