Claims (1)

  1. Применение 5,10,15,20-тетракис(4-карбоксифенил)порфина в качестве флуоресцентного трасера для обнаружения рака легких, а также в качестве радиотрасера в виде его комплекса с Cu-67. Этот комплекс является также источником бета-излучения для селективной деструкции злокачественных образований в легких и источником гамма-излучения, которое можно использовать для анализа изображений мест злокачественных образований, полученных, например с помощью фотонной томографии; оба способа предусматривают их использование in vivo. В случае, когда интерес представляет применение комплекса только в качестве радиотрасера, изотоп меди-67 можно заменить на медь-64. Этот более легкий изотоп меди является источником позитронов и следовательно для обнаружения злокачественных тканей можно использовать метод позитронной томографии.
