Claims (1)

  1. В предлагаемом изобретении описаны различные гибридные метки из белка и нуклеиновой кислоты, которые могут быть использованы для амплификации обнаруживаемого сигнала в иммунологических анализах. Белковая составляющая характеризуется способностью функционировать либо в качестве антитела, либо в качестве антигена. Нуклеиновокислотная составляющая выполняет роль амплификатора сигнала. В изобретении раскрыты также различные способы амплифицирования обнаруживаемого сигнала в иммунологических анализах посредством использования гибридных меток и родственных полинуклеотидных меток.
