- Энантиоселективный способ получения S-энантиомера оптически активного циангидрина путем реакции обмена альдегида или несимметричного кетона с донором циангруппы в присутствии S-оксинитриллиазы в разбавителе и выделения образующегося циангидрина из реакционной смеси.
