Abstract

A useful model relates to the construction woodworking industry, in particular to the details of building wooden structures, namely the details of wooden houses from glued beams that simulate the "wild round" and used to erect the walls of wooden houses. The technical result, which this utility model is aimed at, is to increase resistance to external conditions, reduce shrinkage of walls made of such parts, simplify manufacturing technology. A detail of a wooden house contains edged segmented slabs, the longitudinal plane of the sections of which are located in parallel planes. Lines containing the midpoints of the chords of the arches of the annular rings of the croaker are located in one longitudinal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal planes of the slices of the croaker. Between the planes of the sections of the slabs is an insert, which is a grooved beam. All elements, parts are pre-dried.

Description

The utility model relates to the construction and woodworking industries, in particular to the details of building wooden structures, namely, to the details of wooden houses from glued beams imitating the "wild round" and we use to erect the walls of wooden houses.

Known glued wooden beam, consisting of a package of glued together boards and longitudinal inserts with the formation of n-hollow chambers located between parallel boards of the package. The inner boards of the package are made with a longitudinal support ledge and a longitudinal installation groove located on the narrow sides of these boards. Longitudinal inserts are glued between the boards of the package along their edges. The inserts located between the boards extreme in the package and the adjacent internal boards of the package are made in the form of bars with a rectangular section. Other longitudinal inserts located between the inner boards of the package are made in the form of bars with a longitudinal support ledge or installation groove located on the outer sides of these inserts. Profile longitudinal elements with a curved surface are glued to the side surfaces of the timber to simulate a log wall (patent RU 2266376, published on December 20, 2005). This design is easy and convenient to use, however, its manufacturing technology is complex and time-consuming,

requires careful selection of material. Moreover, it is fragile and not durable, sensitive to external influences.

The closest analogue of the claimed utility model is a part of a wooden house containing edged segmented slabs, the longitudinal planes of the slices of which are located in parallel planes, the lines containing the midpoints of the chords of the arches of the annular rings of croakers are located in one longitudinal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal planes of the slices of the crooks, between the planes of the slices the crook is an insert (certificate for utility model RU 2604, published 16.08.1996). The manufacture of an insert from materials such as cement concrete creates difficulties in operation and in the technology of the model, as requires the delivery of qualitatively different materials that are produced at completely different production complexes.

It should also be noted such general shortcomings of known details as “uniformity”, standardness of the walls of houses made from them, methic cracks in the walls of chopped and sawn wood, uncontrolled allowance for the draft of chopped houses.

The technical result, which this utility model is aimed at, is to increase resistance to external conditions, reduce shrinkage of walls made of such parts, simplify manufacturing technology.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the detail of the wooden house contains edged segmented slabs, the longitudinal planes of the slices of which are located in parallel planes, the lines containing the midpoints of the chords of the arcs of the annular rings of croakers are located in one longitudinal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal planes of the slices of the croaks, between the planes of the cropped slices an insert is located, which is a grooved beam, and all the elements of the part are pre-dried.

Details of a wooden house are produced as follows.

Initially, a business slab is selected from a sawing site and a business slab is cut to a predetermined width on a multi-saw machine. Next, the croaker is debarked (the surface of the debarked croaker is most resistant to external conditions). All prepared material is dried to the calculated humidity to minimize shrinkage of the walls that are built of these parts. The slab is withered along the lower layer on the planer and the slab is sorted into groups. The criterion is the width of the rib.

Mark the edges to the specified size in the group. Reciprocating saws cut off the obzol to give the rib the correct shape and width specified for the group, and then trim the edging “under the obzol” with an electric plane.

Lots of grooved timber of the corresponding thickness groups are made and gluing of the slab on the timber is made in groups. Thus, parts for the construction of wooden houses of various thicknesses are obtained, imitating natural material.
