Berry sorter is arranged under the grape destemmer grid and consists of a frame with a set of sieves arranged at an angle arranged one after the other with increasing cell size. Vibration motors are mounted on the frame. Under a set of sieves there are chutes for berries picking. Description

The invention relates to equipment intended for separating the ridges and sorting (calibrating) grape berries into conditional and substandard and separating substandard impurities and can mainly be used in smallholder farming or household.

There are known designs of various devices for grinding and kneading grapes and berries, as well as for the separation of substandard berries, as well as extraneous inclusions. See, for example, Russian patents for inventions No. 2631696, 2288571, 2264139, 2254169, 2077539, 2054272, as well as utility model patents No. 76790, 82413, 158469, 168471, etc.

Closest to the claimed technical solution for the technical nature and the functions performed is the "Device for separating ridges and substandard berries" according to the patent for the invention No. 2631696 publ. 09/26/2017.

This device for separating the ridges and substandard grapes, contains a hopper made in the form of a box expanding upward on the supports and under the outlet of the hopper it is equipped with a device for separating the ridges, which is a shaft with blades placed on the supports and installed inside the grid made in the form half cylinder with elongated and bent outward upper edges, placed in the box. Blades are staggered on the shaft at an angle to its axis, with a shift of 90 ° and in a spiral. The ridge separator is installed on the supporting frame and a gear motor is located on its side wall, and under the ridge separator grid there is a sorter separating berries into conditional and substandard ones, which consists of a parallelepiped frame and a vibromotor is fixed on its outside. Inside the frame there are string sieves with different mesh sizes each, made of stainless wire, arranged in tiers with an adjustable slope above each other, ending with grooves, all sieves are removable, and to reduce noise from vibration, the sorter design is mounted on a stand with springs.

The disadvantage of the above device is that it does not remove the remains of ridges and other large foreign inclusions, the size of which is large in size of the berries, and also allows losses in the form of crushed berries due to the use of steel blades in the comb separator.

The technical task of the claimed device is to obtain a higher quality of processed wine material by providing the ability to remove large foreign inclusions and residues of ridges, as well as reducing the number of crushed berries, which will make it possible to improve the quality of the obtained wine material and make elite wines from it.

The specified technical problem is solved due to the fact that the combine contains a hopper made in the form of a box expanding upward on the supports and under the outlet of the hopper there is a device for separating ridges, which is a shaft with blades placed on the supports and installed inside the grid made in the form of a half cylinder with elongated and bent outward upper edges placed in the box and at the same time on the shaft in a staggered manner at an angle to its axis, blades are installed in a spiral and with a shift. The ridge separator is installed on the support frame and a gear motor is located on its side wall, and under the ridge separator grid there is a sorter separating berries into conditional and substandard, which consists of a parallelepiped frame on which a vibromotor is mounted, and inside the frame there are removable string sieves with different mesh size made of stainless wire, arranged with an adjustable slope in tiers and equipped with gutters. To reduce noise from vibration, the sorter design is mounted on a stand with springs. At the same time, the blades on the ridge separator shaft are made of food rubber to prevent damage to berries detached from the ridges, and the sieves are located one after the other and there are grooves underneath and at the end of the first sieve there is a device for removing ridges and other large foreign inclusions connected to the motor a gearbox and consisting of a shaft with pins with ends bent to the side of rotation, in particular of a hook-shaped shape, which allows to engage extraneous inclusions. The pins are mounted on the shaft in each sieve box and are arranged in rows with a staggered offset. To reduce vibrations and ensure even distribution of berries on the sieves, the combine is equipped with a second vibromotor, the shaft of which rotates towards the first and both vibrators are mounted above the string sieves.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that:

- a device for removing the remains of ridges and other large foreign inclusions is included in the combine; -

- the blades of the comb separator shaft are made of food rubber, which reduces damage to the berries;

- it is equipped with a second vibromotor and two vibromotors mounted on top of the string sieves to ensure a more even distribution of berries on the surface of the string sieve and better preserve their integrity, as well as the separation of large impurities.

The harvester includes an upwardly expanding hopper 1 mounted on the box 2. Under the hopper 1 there is a shaft 3 for separating the ridges, on which food rubber rubber blades 4 are mounted in a staggered spiral pattern, and a gear motor 5 is connected to the shaft 3. The shaft is located in a grid 6 made in the form of a half cylinder with elongated and bent outward upper edges fixed in the box 2. A guide hopper 7 is attached to the box 2. The comb separator is mounted on the support 8. A berry sorter is installed under the hopper 7 of the comb separator, with Consisting of a frame 9, in which a set of sieves 10 are arranged at an angle, arranged one after another with increasing mesh sizes. The number of sieves is due to the need for the degree of calibration (separation) of berries in size. Vibration motors 11 are installed on frame 9. At the end of the first sieve, a device is installed to remove the remains of ridges and other large foreign inclusions 15, consisting of from a shaft with hook-shaped or other pins, which allows to engage extraneous inclusions located with an offset connected to the gear motor.

The device operates as follows. In the hopper 1 load the brush of grapes. The shaft 3 connected to the gear motor 5, begins to rotate and, rotating by the blades 4, captures the ridges with berries promoting them. The berries, falling into the ridge separator grid 6, break away from the ridges, fly through it and through the hopper 7 fall onto the top sieve of the sieve set 10. As a result of the vibration created by the vibrators 11, rotten and deformed berries are sifted through the first sieve, and the remains of large impurities are captured by the device to remove the remains of ridges and other large extraneous inclusions 15 and are removed from the stream of sorted berries, since the berries are heavier than large inclusions and move faster than them, and inclusions are braked and removed.

The proposed harvester will improve the quality of separation and sorting of grapes, which will make it possible to obtain the best raw materials for the production of various varieties of wines and, above all, elite.

A harvester for separating substandard grape berries and foreign inclusions, containing a hopper made in the form of a box mounted on supports extending upwards, under the outlet of which a device for separating ridges is installed, which is a shaft with blades placed in the box, mounted inside a mesh made in in the form of a half-cylinder with upper edges elongated and bent outward, while on the shaft in a staggered manner at an angle to its axis and in a spiral, blades are installed, the comb separator installed yen on the supporting frame, on its side wall there is a geared motor, and under the ridge separator grid there is a sorter separating the berries into conditional and substandard, which consists of a parallelepiped frame on which a vibromotor is mounted, and inside the frame there are removable string sieves with different the size of the cell, made of stainless wire, arranged in tiers with an adjustable slope and equipped with gutters, characterized in that to prevent damage to the blades separated from the crests of the berries on the shaft the separator is made of food rubber, and the sieves are located one after the other and under them there are grooves, while at the end of the first sieve there is a device for removing the remains of ridges and other large foreign inclusions, connected to the gear motor and consisting of a shaft with pins with bent the side of rotation with ends that allow them to engage extraneous inclusions, and the pins are mounted on the shaft in each sieve cell and are arranged in rows with a staggered offset, and to reduce vibration and ensure uniform p the berry distribution on the screens the harvester is equipped with a second vibromotor, the shaft of which rotates towards the first, both vibromotors mounted above the string sieves. 2.
