Abstract

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering and transportation of goods. In the method, the road train consists of a truck and a trailer equipped with a hydraulic lift system for its body, devices for securing sea containers, a retractable structure for transporting oversized cargo. Said road train is equipped with a cable system, a reversible engine with a winch, guide blocks and cables, as well as a collapsible ramp and a trolley for the smooth reloading of containers and other goods. Under the bottom of the vehicle’s body and trailer, a double beam of two channels is installed, with the possibility of changing the width of its reach over the transport clearance. Body expansion sheets are attached to the surface of the beam from above, and the sides have their own detachable sides of the body and trailer supported by the frame of the vehicle or trailer or the transverse beam and tension stretches below the bottom of the body and above.EFFECT: increase in versatility is achieved, due to the possibility of transporting various goods by one road train.1 cl, 3 dwg

Автопоезд, состоящий из грузового автомобиля и автоприцепа, снабженные системами гидроподъема своего кузова, устройствами для крепления морских контейнеров, выдвижной конструкцией для транспортировки негабаритных грузов, отличающийся тем, что автопоезд снабжен тросовой системой, реверсивным двигателем с лебедкой, направляющими блоками и тросами, а также сборно-разборной аппарелью и тележкой для плавной перегрузки грузов, а под днищем кузова автомобиля и прицепа устанавливается сдвоенная балка, из двух швеллеров, с возможностью изменения ширины выноса ее за транспортный габарит; на поверхности балки сверху крепятся болтовыми соединениями листы расширения кузова, по всей его длине, а по бокам монтируются собственные съемные борта кузова и прицепа с упором в раму автомобиля или прицепа или поперечную балку и натяжными растяжками снизу под, под днищем кузова и сверху. С целью разгрузки прицепа автопоезда 6, через ролики 7 перекидываются разгрузочные троса 4, которые, при вращении лебедки 5 по часовой стрелке, разгружают прицеп 6.
