Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to agriculture, the poultry industry. It can be used to disinfect and increase hatchability during incubation of eggs of poultry.
[7].Known means for disinfection of hatching eggs, in particular chemical ones, including treatment with formalin, potassium permanganate, iodine, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide; physical, including washing, as well as heat treatment. Their disadvantages include the negative impact on the hatching eggs of incubator workers, technological equipment and environmental pollution [7].
[4].In particular, hatching egg processing agents are known to reduce the waste, increase the viability of day old chickens, including treatment with ozone, organic acids and their salts, vitamins and other biologically active substances. Irrigation of hatching eggs with a 0.02% zinc succinate solution at a dose of 0.2-0.3 ml per 1 egg contributes to the safety and viability of chickens [4].
Проникновение в инкубационное яйцо действующих веществ из таких препаратов ограничено в связи с их быстрым высыханием на скорлупе (в течение 5-10 минут).Analyzing the existing means of processing hatching eggs, it should be noted that they are often complex in composition and implementation, in particular, require multiple manipulations, which leads to an increase in the cost of production. This source is taken as the closest analogue, biologically active substances, in particular macro- and microelements, in this tool do not correlate with their ratio in the incubation egg. The combined and even consistent use of oxidizing agents, halogens for disinfection and biologically active substances to stimulate embryogenesis is accompanied by their inactivation. Disinfectants containing active ions contribute to corrosion and subsequent contamination of process equipment. It is important to note that the hatching egg treatment agent is water based. The penetration into the incubation egg of the active substances from such preparations is limited due to their rapid drying on the shell (within 5-10 minutes).
Thus, the task of creating a new tool for processing poultry products with improved technological results and convenient to use, including disinfectants, as well as having an expanded spectrum of pharmacological action, remains relevant in poultry farming.
The objective of the invention is to provide a means for pre-incubation treatment of chicken eggs of poultry, providing for a single use of a disinfecting and stimulating embryogenesis means with a prolonged effect, containing organic forms of macro and microelements in the ratio inherent in a chicken egg obtained from a healthy bird, in order to increase the hatchability of chickens during incubation.
1:10.EFFECT: provision of microbiological purity and improvement of incubation indicators by using a mixture of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate and salts of macro- and microelements of succinic acid. The latter are soluble in water, sodium benzoate from them has an anticorrosive effect. These substances are used in the food industry as food additives (preservatives), and are also included in the pharmacopeia, they are used in pharmaceuticals [5, 8]. Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are used in a ratio of 1: 1 so that their concentration in the finished solution for processing hatching eggs is 0.2%. To stimulate embryogenesis, succinates (II) of macro- and microelements are used [3,4]. Their ratio is selected according to the chemical composition of the yolk and protein of the chicken egg, which amounted to 100 g; manganese 0.01 g; zinc 0.4 g; iron 0.6 g; calcium 16.99 g; sodium 41 g and potassium 41 g. Propylene glycol is used as an auxiliary substance (former) to improve the dissolution of the components of the preparation, uniform distribution on the surface of the hatching egg, fixation of the active substances and ensuring a prolonged action. It is known for its use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, including as a water retention agent. The proposed tool is made by the mass-volume method, bringing the total volume of propylene glycol to 1000 ml. Before use, the product is dissolved in water in a ratio of 1:10.
The essence of the proposed tool is that the complex of target ingredients includes macro- and microelements in powder in the ratio, g: sodium benzoate 20, potassium sorbate 20; manganese succinates (II) 0.01, zinc 0.4, iron 0.6, calcium 16.99, sodium 41 and potassium 41, as well as propylene glycol, with a total solution volume of up to 1000 ml.
Disinfection and stimulation of embryogenesis of hatching eggs was carried out as follows.
1:10.Hatching eggs are irrigated 2-3 hours before incubation with a solution containing (g) manganese succinates (II) 0.01, zinc 0.4, iron 0.6, calcium 16.99, sodium 41 and potassium 41, as well as sodium benzoate 20, potassium sorbate 20 and propylene glycol up to 1000 ml. Before use, the mixture is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10.
Compared with the closest analogue [1-4], an essential distinguishing feature of the proposed means of disinfection of hatching eggs and stimulation of embryogenesis is that once applied 10% aqueous solution of the product containing antimicrobial substances, micro and macro elements in the ratio: sodium benzoate 20, potassium sorbate 20; manganese succinates (II) 0.01, zinc 0.4, iron 0.6, calcium 16.99, sodium 41 and potassium 41, as well as propylene glycol up to 1000 ml. As a result of the combined use of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, a synergy of the components included in the preparation is observed, which consists in expanding the antimicrobial spectrum and an additional fungistatic effect; in an aqueous solution of propylene glycol, a solution of the active substances of the agent completely covers the surface of the egg, remains on the surface in ionized form (6-8 times longer), which ensures the achievement of the required technical result.
The agent is preliminarily prepared by sequentially dissolving in 500 ml of propylene glycol (g) succinates (II) manganese 0.01, zinc 0.4, iron 0.6, calcium 16.99, sodium 41 and potassium 41, as well as in 150 ml of propylene glycol 20 sodium benzoate and separately in 150 ml of propylene glycol 20 potassium sorbate, all solutions are mixed, the volume is adjusted with propylene glycol to 1000 ml. Before use, the product is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:10 and the eggs are sprayed with a spray gun 2-3 hours before incubation.
The use of this method in the incubation of broiler chicken eggs showed that the number of unfertilized eggs and blood rings did not reveal significant differences. In the experimental group, the number of strangler embryos was 2.6% lower, and the number of frozen embryos was 1.7% lower compared to the control.
Due to the reduction in embryonic mortality in the experimental group, the hatch of conditioned chickens was 4.7% higher than the control, and the hatchability of eggs was 3.9%. With mass use in the economy, this will average 12 thousand rubles per year.
