Description
2.The invention relates to poultry farming, in particular to the processing of hatching eggs. Means are known for treating incubation eggs, for example, solutions of chloramine, hydrogen peroxide, and the like, which are used at temperatures up to 40 ° C. The disadvantages of this tool are the small positive effect of treatment on the daily yield of young (persistence), significant consumption of reagents for washing and, consequently, significant pollution of waste water, substances whose discharge to the environment is unacceptable; the need to carry out the process of treatment at elevated temperatures up to 40 ° C, which can negatively affect the biological structure of the egg, and the possibility of getting (with a subsequent negative effect on embryonic development during incubation) on the active chlorine amounts of peroxidic acid; an increase in the maintenance of daily chicks and a decrease in the consumption of reagents for the treatment of incubated eggs. The goal is achieved in that the eggs in the incubator are treated (aged) with a coolant lubricant. bone composition, may.%: polyoxyethylene monoethanolamide synthetic fatty acids fraction 0,032-0,047; peroxide compound 0,089-0,130; sodium metasilicate 0.005-0.008; sodium sulfate 0.0050, 008; sodium carbonate 0.037-0.055; urea 0,050-0,070; water the rest is up to 100. This fluid is used in metal cutting 2. Chicken and duck eggs are treated with lubricating coolant (coolant) in three concentration ranges: minimum, average and maximum, see Table 1) Based on comparative experience, processing eggs known preparations: hydrogen peroxide and chloramine in various concentrations. The eggs are processed by mechanical stirring of the solution, after which they are washed with warm water (at a higher temperature of the solution) and then incubated in the National and Universal-50 incubators in the usual production conditions. In each studied variant 125-140 eggs are used in duplicate. When testing takes into account the hatchability of eggs and the safety of young animals up to 10 days of life. The average processing data of chicken and duck eggs coolant, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine iin are given in table 2.
1,5-3,5%.Tests have shown the effectiveness of the treatment of egg coolant compared to known preparations. The safety of the extracted youngsters of their eggs, treated with coolant, with a relatively identical hatchability of eggs was 1.5-3.5% higher compared with the known preparations.
The content of all other KpoiUe substances in the coolant fluid is on average 0.27 yas.%, I.e. their expense

It follows from this that the consumption of chloramine for treatment is about 2 times more than the non-aqueous components of the coolant. Equal amounts of coolant and chloramine solution of 25 kg are used for processing 1000 eggs.
The use of the proposed method for the treatment of coolant before incubation allows, in comparison with the known method of treatment, an increase in the persistence (of the daily youngness) of chicks by 3-4%; simplified processing; a significant decrease in the content in the wastewater of the process of environmental pollution; reduction in the cost of the processing process by reducing the cost of the processing medium by an average of 2 times (about 600-700 rubles per 1 million processed eggs).
