Description
The field of technology.
The claimed result of intellectual activity, the invention relates to the construction of buildings, structures, structures of concrete or reinforced concrete using pouring into the formwork. It can be used both on a construction site and in production conditions for the manufacture of precast concrete or reinforced concrete structures.
The level of technology.
345).Formwork is understood as “a set of elements and parts intended to form monolithic concrete or reinforced concrete structures and structures erected at a construction site. The formwork is made of wood, metal, plywood, reinforced concrete, plastics, and other materials. The most common are collapsible, volumetric-block and sliding (movable). The choice of formwork is determined by the nature of the concrete structures (structures), the ratio of their geometric dimensions, adopted by the production technology works, climatic conditions "(" Polytechnical Dictionary ", 3rd ed., edited by A.Yu. Ishlinsky, M; Soviet Encyclopedia, 1989 - 656 p., p. 345).
Fixed formwork is understood to mean a structure, the formwork elements of which, after setting concrete, become a functional inseparable part of a concrete or reinforced concrete product.
The following types of fixed formwork are known from the prior art.
Non-removable formwork - blocks or panels of various materials that are mounted in a single formwork design - a form for laying monolithic reinforced concrete. It speeds up and simplifies construction by combining several operations in one technological cycle (a supporting wall with the necessary heat transfer resistance is erected in one technological cycle ). Fixed formwork after setting concrete in it becomes a functional part of the finished wall structure.
There are several fundamentally different types of fixed formwork.
Получаемая стена представляет собой сендвич «пенополистирол-армированный бетон-пенополистирол» и нуждается в обязательной отделке с фасадной и внутренней стороны стены для обеспечения механической и противопожарной защиты пенополистирола (не менее 3 мм негорючего материала): гипсокартон, штукатурка).Foamed polystyrene blocks with voids (ICF, Insulating Concrete Forms, foam formwork, polystyrene formwork) are polystyrene plates (usually 40 to 100 mm thick, grade PSB-S 25-35) interconnected by removable or monolithic jumpers. The installation process of the formwork resembles a game - the LEGO constructor. Higher rows of blocks mesh with lower ones due to the special shape of the mating surfaces (tenon groove “locks”). The internal space of the blocks (from 150 to 400 mm) is filled with concrete. The resulting wall is a “polystyrene-reinforced concrete-polystyrene foam” sandwich and needs to be finished from the front and inside of the wall to provide mechanical and fire protection for polystyrene foam (at least 3 mm of non-combustible material): gypsum board, plaster).
Facing fixed formwork (decorative fixed formwork).
Design from easy-to-assemble formwork modules. Each module is assembled directly on the wall being constructed from the front and inner facing plates using jumpers. A heater plate of the required thickness (polystyrene foam or mineral plate - mineral wool) is inserted inside the module and fittings are installed. The modules are mounted in rows using a seamless masonry method (without mortar and sealant), while the facing plates of the higher rows of modules are supported by the perfectly even edges of the facing plates of the lower rows. Then concrete is laid into the formwork. The internal fasteners of the module provide high accuracy of the geometry of the formwork of the entire wall, therefore, additional external stops are not required. As a result, a supporting monolithic warmed wall is formed and immediately lined on the outside and, if necessary, inside, the wall. A concrete wall, protected from the outside by a continuous loop of thermal insulation, regardless of climatic conditions, has room temperature and is a heat accumulator that prevents sudden temperature fluctuations inside the building, which provides "ideal" operating conditions for load-bearing structures of the house and comfort for people. The lining, which determines the decorative and weatherproof properties of the wall, is made of metal, plastics, fiber-reinforced concrete, vibro-cast concrete, porcelain stoneware. The exact dimensions of the modules and a large area (~ 0.5 sq.m.), seamless installation, ready-made facade wall decoration provide high speed and low construction cost.
3».Fixed formwork using the Plastbau-3 technology.
Fixed formwork using the Plastbau-3 technology refers to monolithic (precast monolithic) construction systems. Bearing elements form a monolithic reinforced concrete spatial system consisting of longitudinal and transverse walls, ribbed ceilings and strapping frames connecting the walls and floors of the building. A feature of the system is the use in the construction of walls and ceilings of non-removable formwork from reinforcing frames and high-density polystyrene plates. In the construction of walls, volumetric blocks are used as formwork, consisting of two polystyrene foam plates, interconnected by an internal volumetric frame made of steel reinforcement and plugs made of polypropylene, fixing the polystyrene plates in the design position. The formwork design allows the production of continuous monolithic reinforced concrete walls with almost any degree of reinforcement used in construction.
For the erection of external walls, formwork blocks up to 4.2 m high are used, in which polystyrene plates 50-100 mm thick are used on the outside. On the inside - 50 mm. When erecting internal walls, formwork blocks with polystyrene foam slabs 50 mm thick on each side are used. In the construction of ceilings, volumetric polystyrene multi-hollow or filled with polystyrene foam elements are used, the shape of which allows to receive a continuous monolithic ribbed reinforced concrete slab when pouring concrete.
Reinforced panels (armopanel).
Reinforced panels are a plate made of polystyrene foam or other heat-insulating liner (from 10 to 250 mm thick) equipped on both sides with a steel reinforcing mesh and separated by an endless W-shaped wire path (4 mm wire) connecting two welded meshes (4 mm wire). After installing the panel in place of the future wall, 2-3 layers of special concrete are applied to it by soft gunning (spraying concrete under pressure) using a special installation. The resulting wall is a concrete-expanded polystyrene-concrete sandwich and does not need additional protection for expanded polystyrene. This method of low-budget construction was developed in the 70s of the last century, and the fundamental developments that are the prerequisites for the emergence of this construction method were from the USSR. When using reinforced panels, excellent economic and operational performance is achieved due to, firstly, seamless monolithic panel construction without the use of heavy construction equipment, secondly, the quality of the insulator located inside the panel, and thirdly, the lack of additional work to protect the heat insulator a.
Wood-concrete panels or blocks (arbolit).
They are formwork panels or hollow blocks made of wood concrete (chopped wood (wood chips) + cement). Formwork is assembled from panels using special screeds and nails, like a classic collapsible formwork made of boards or panels. Blocks are installed in rows using a seamless masonry method. To obtain the required thermal resistance of the wall, polystyrene foam inserts are used. Then, reinforcement is installed in the constructed formwork and concrete is poured. A monolithic bearing wall is formed. The surface of fixed timber formwork is then necessarily finished on the outside (plaster, artificial stone, clinker (masonry), ventilated facade, siding) and inside (plaster or drywall). The rough-porous surface of wood concrete provides good adhesion to the concrete of the bearing wall and to the layers of the exterior and interior decoration.
Glass-magnesite frame formwork.
The closest analogue to the claimed result of intellectual activity is "FULL FORMWORK FROM GLASS-MAGNESITE SHEETS".
Основными ее элементами является каркас, а также обшивка - стекломагнезитовые листы“Glass-magnesite fixed formwork is a structure resembling a plasterboard partition. Its main elements are the frame, as well as the lining - glass-magnesite sheets
A new technology for the installation of buildings with fixed formwork was developed using a new building material - Magnesium Glass Sheets. Glass-magnesite sheets are a composite sheet building material, it includes magnesium oxide and chloride, perlite, filler and fiberglass. It is produced in the form of sheets, the length of which is 2.45 m, the width is 1.22 mm, and the thickness varies from 3 to 20 mm. The material does not contain toxic components, it has all the necessary radiation and hygiene certificates. In addition, it has very high soundproofing properties.
According to estimates by construction experts, fixed formwork using LSU in terms of ease of installation, durability, fire safety and soundproofing properties occupies a leading position among other construction technologies.
Advantages of formwork based on LSU:
- высокая огнестойкость;- high fire resistance;
- экологическая безопасность материала;- environmental safety of the material;
- возможность в заводских условиях получать панели, окрашенные в различные цвета.- the ability to factory receive panels painted in various colors.
To work on this construction technology, heavy construction machines are not needed, which makes construction work more economical, but also makes it possible to carry out construction in a limited space, for example, with complex entrances to the construction site.
The glass-magnesite sheets of LSU of fixed formwork makes the surface of wall panels very smooth. Panels can be cut or sawed, therefore, formwork based on them can be performed in any form. Since the glass-magnesite sheets of LSU remain outside the concrete layer, they also serve as additional reinforcement for the walls, therefore they are often mounted on a galvanized profile. The walls of fixed formwork are connected by a traditional screed.
(смотр. http://proektabc.ru/94-tekhnologiуa-stroitelstva/nesemnaya-opalubka/286-opalubka-iz-steklo-magnezitovyh-listov.html, Либо прил. In the event that the formwork is made of SM sheets with a thickness of at least 10 mm, light concrete can be poured inside it: such as fiber-reinforced concrete with special additives for reinforcement, and expanded polystyrene concrete. Such a design not only remains very durable, but also retains the high thermal technical qualities of the materials. If you use a facing brick as an external cladding, this design option will be quite economical, since the external finish will not be needed, and the internal one will be minimized due to the smoothness set of LSU - panels. SML panels are practical, easy to use, environmentally friendly, and very economical. "(See http://proektabc.ru/94-tekhnologiуa-stroitelstva/nesemnaya-opalubka/286-opalubka-iz-steklo-magnezitovyh-listov.html , Or app. To the application).
The disadvantages of the prototype stem from the properties of the LSU building material (composite material from magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride, perlite, filler and fiberglass) - low hardness, as a rule, the need for subsequent decorative finish, vapor barrier, the need for a protective coating from the street.

А.Ю. (Википедия; https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D1%8D%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B5%D0%BB%D1%8C).Such materials have a record low density and demonstrate a number of unique properties: hardness, transparency, heat resistance, extremely low thermal conductivity, etc. Airgels based on amorphous silicon dioxide, alumina, and also chromium and tin oxides are common. The first carbon-based airgel samples were obtained in the early 1990s. "(Wikipedia; https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D1%8D%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B3% D0% B5% D0% BB% D1% 8C).
" (Wikipedia; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9F%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BA% D0% BB% D0% BE).
Under the foam is understood - "Foam - a class of materials, which is a foamed (cellular) plastic mass.
Since the bulk of the foam is gas, the density of the foam is significantly lower than the density of its feedstock (polymer). This leads to relatively high thermal insulation properties (convection heat transfer takes place in a single cell, heat transfer along the walls of the cells is insignificant due to their small thickness) and soundproof properties (thin and relatively elastic cell walls are a poor conductor of sound vibrations) of materials of this class.
Foams were obtained from almost all the most widely used plastics (polymers), therefore the most famous materials of this class are: polyurethane foams, polyvinyl chloride foams, phenol-formaldehyde, urea-formaldehyde foams and polystyrene foam.
Depending on the composition of the raw material and the technology of its processing, it is possible to produce polystyrene of different density, mechanical strength, resistance to various types of exposure. These factors determine the choice of a particular type of foam for use in certain conditions and purposes.
(Википедия; https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9F%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%BF%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82).In everyday life, a person most often encounters such a type of polystyrene as unpressed polystyrene foam (it was invented by BASF in 1951, the trade name is “styrofoam”). Styrofoam granules (PSV / EPS) are prepared by polymerizing styrene while adding a pore-forming substance (pentane). PSB-S polystyrene (expanded polystyrene, styrofoam) is a well-known thermal insulation material, 98% composed of gas enclosed in microscopic thin-walled polystyrene cells. Наиболее известными из них являются: Пеноизол (торговая марка ООО "Новые Строительные Технологии"), Меттэмпласт, Поропласт cf, Пентил, Омифлекс, Юнипор."(Википедия; https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B1%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%BD%D0%BE%Dl%84%D0%BE%Dl%80%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BB%Dl%8C%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%B3%D0%B8% D0%B4%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9%D0%BF%D0% B5%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%BF%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82).Penoizol (mipora) is understood as urea-formaldehyde polystyrene (urea foam, KFP) - a universal heater. First appeared in Germany in the late 30s. It began to be actively used in the 50s. Currently, the volume of heaters based on Urea-formaldehyde resins abroad account for about 30% of all heaters produced.In the USSR, it was produced under the name Mipora, but was not widely used due to the lack of special resins needed for its production, as well as equipment and technology. After the 90s, it began to actively enter the market of building insulation under various brands. The claimed result of intellectual activity can be implemented as follows.
According to the first option. The company manufactures modules of permanent formwork: two sheets of
Modules of fixed formwork are assembled together due to the use of a spike-groove ("angled protrusion-angled recess") design around the glass perimeter. A similar design around the perimeter has a heat insulator-
1.The result is the following construction in the context:
Two layers of
Two concrete layers are interconnected by rods of material with low thermal conductivity (for example, of chemical fibers and epoxy), these connecting rods pass between heat-insulating boxes in their vertical joints in special gutters (using lip seals from foam to prevent ingress of concrete). The drawing is not conventionally shown.
In addition, glass panels are provided with stiffeners. Glass strips are glued / soldered from the inside with their ribs to the plane of the panel. In the stiffeners themselves, holes were made for closure with poured and solidified concrete (anchor closure). Filling is carried out in parallel on both sides of the
To compensate for the difference in the coefficients of linear expansion a between glass and concrete (~ 9 * 10 -6 C and ~ 14.5 * 10 -6 C), the following solutions can be used:
- существуют различные стекла с разными механическими характеристиками, в т.ч. с добавками металлов, которые имеют температурный коэффициент линейного расширения, как у железобетона (смотр, прил. материалы);- there are various glasses with different mechanical characteristics, including with metal additives that have a temperature coefficient of linear expansion, as in reinforced concrete (see, adj. materials);
- можно на поверхность стекла сопрягаемую с бетоном нанести полимерную пленку (например, как при технологии триплекса) или вещество с малым модулем упругости, которая/-ое возьмет на себя тангенциальную (касательную) деформационную разницу (расчетно ~4 мкм на 1 градус на длине в 1 м), при этом попутно будет обеспечена безосколочность и дополнительная прочность стекла.- it is possible to apply a polymer film (for example, as with triplex technology) to a glass surface conjugated with concrete or a substance with a small modulus of elasticity, which will take the tangential (tangential) deformation difference (approximately ~ 4 μm per 1 degree over a length of 1 m), at the same time, shatterproof and additional strength of the glass will be provided along the way.
In the manufacture of the outer glass panel from double glass with a gap between them, the effect of a window pane is obtained. A monolithic structure will accumulate insolation energy.
In the second embodiment, the claimed result of intellectual activity can be carried out as follows. The modules form a structure with three vertically divided volumes. External 2 have a thickness of 130-160 mm and are poured with reinforced concrete, the
In this case, the lack of penoizol (mipores): hygroscopicity exceeding polystyrene will be fully compensated by the device of the invention, because glass is an ideal moisture and vapor impermeable material.
Using the claimed result of intellectual activity in the third and fourth options is similar to the above. The difference in application for prefabricated reinforced concrete structures manufactured at enterprises. Those. It can be slabs for panel house building, wall blocks, wall stones or even bricks. Moreover, fixed glass can be both on 6 faces of the box, and only on one, for example, located on the side of the street.
The heat insulator can be built-in before concrete pouring (duct), and can be filled after monolithic external volumes. Filling the cavity between hardened concrete forms with foam.
The inventive fixed formwork can be used in one-, two- and multi-story construction.
Such qualities of inorganic glass as weather resistance, vapor impermeability, durability, preservation of color and surface quality, the absence of the need for subsequent finishing are essential advantages of this invention.
The claimed result of intellectual activity meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
